Evening All I hope everyone is well and I hope you all have a great Christmas!

Still busy in East Midlands, mainly HA’s and closing in the houses for winter!

Sales not great, but there seems to be a lot of infrastructure being put in on a lot of big developments!

There’s lots of talk of things kicking off in the new year, but there’s always talk.

Personally I think March onwards and it will go well!

I think everyone thought £5 by the time this dropped!

No one seems to know where the shares are coming from, personally I think there are a lot of borrowed shares to try to stimulate the Oz market.

If you think about it how many shares are on the Oz market 30%,40% if 30% then they should pretty much be in institutional hands, so if 5% are free float that’s about 30m shares and that’s being generous.

So 5m being traded on the Asx is a high percentage and not great movement!

Been going on for months now 🤷‍♂️

If they taxed the hell out of it !

A couple three things would happen!

Firstly revenue tax wise !

Second the pub industry would benefit, they wouldn’t be at home getting stoned before coming out!

They would enjoy the company of other people in the social environment!

Third the government would have more control over what people are paying for!

Tax evasion is considered a greater crime than dealing ( in the eyes of the government-police)

These tickets must be becoming more scarce now, the ones who needed or were forced to sell should be out now!

Borrowed shares will have to be replaced and the traders will be looking for a better return for risk!

Well this is a bit unexpected, I would have thought we would have been well clear of £4 and more nearing £5 .

But hey ho should get there soon with another quarterly nearing and more money in the bank!

Also all the other news that’s about to drop, should be a frantic run in to Christmas!

There’s some people on here with their heads up there aris, if it wasn’t for Brexit there would be even less tradesmen!

Germany, France, Holland Belgium and several other countries are all paying more than England and they are all crying out for tradesmen!

We were earning the same, if not more 20 years ago!

We are quite busy in East Midlands and have been noticing more and more people coming from Birmingham way ( your way) so I would imagine in a couple of years time it will be reciprocal normally happens that way!
