Same boat as you CE. I keep reassessing at what point I would top slice. I do feel that if we have a huge resource at Racecourse and the added bonus of Footrot etc, why should I let my shares go for peanuts!? Sometimes I ignore the price level and tell myself I want to hold everything until summer and see what the rest of the drill programme and assays bring. Even if we get average grades (for porphyries), there isn't much downside here and lots of upside.

Love it Jake. I wonder what CB would consider an "unrefusable" offer for EL5574, bearing in mind this includes Footrot, White Springs and the Southern Intrusions ON TOP OF Racecourse.

Moved the rig on Friday so drilling must have started already. Maybe they will only report news of assays, XRFs and drilling complete from now on.

Agree Steve. You need to understand the results from Drill 1, the buy back option, the recent funding for this AND subsequent drills. It takes effort to research a company, which many can't be bothered with.

I'm curious and not overly sure how this works. Some have said the placing is foreward sold. What is the logic behind it rocketing on Thursday?

Frog, I think you've hit the nail on the head. I honestly think he had just been informed of market sensitive information prior to the interview with Zak yesterday. They announced 685m in yesterday's RNS, then 11m later the drill broke. I think the interview with Zak must have been very difficult and absolutely justifies him not being so positive.

Another 11m since yesterday of mineralisation is the only useful thing that we can take from that RNS. No need for the sp to drop or people to panic.

I honestly think once the drilling has stopped and rock is sent off for drilling, then it will be time for everyone to sit down and discuss what we have seen. I'm guessing the geologist is too busy overseeing the drill and checking XRFs to prepare a presentation/ podcast! It's unfortunately just the way it is with a junior explorer.

While the rocks are being assayed, then I think we will get our detail and, of course, wait for the gold content etc in the assays.

Everything in the meantime is just waffle.

You may have a point but also I think the composition of rock may be a little more complicated. Also, our geologist may just want to wait for assays rather than rely on the XRF. Fingers crossed we get more of an indication from an interview with CB

Cyber I guess if we go down the route of farming it out or selling to someone else, by that point AA would have had their "once-only opportunity to exercise the 80% buy-back" so will have lost their right to it.

Andew, if we sell do you mean just Racecourse or all of Bushranger? I would like to think we could sell and keep Footrot to see if that is just as big. The sale of just Racecourse would also fund Eureka, Footrot, Manica etc.

Interesting thoughts Caribs. I think the distinction between main market and AIM is very important. I think you're right - we are under the radar at the moment but you can't keen ignoring good results for ever. CM seems to know what he's doing and has an "exciting year" planned for Cobra. That will hopefully give me time to top up though.

Completely agree. Not sure we've got the funding for both at the same time though and the priority would be proving up RC. Maybe if Manica comes in, we could have drilling RNSs from Eureka, RC and Footrot at the same time. One can but dream...

Great news CB is so keen to get on with it. But why do people think the sp will constantly go up? Confirmation of us drilling doesn't mean we have added value yet. The fact he wants 4 drills though implies we have good width as well as depth :)
