RAH, I thought I’d read in the past that the patients in P1a can count towards the 80 odd that are required for P1b, so perhaps the 19 so far along with the further additions of the next couple of dose escalations make it unnecessary to have 3 tumour types concentrating on 1 or 2

So it could be anything from a DE to full data set all bells and whistles. I’m thinking as we were told progress, somewhere in between. I’m hoping for full data but prepared for DE. I’m very confident everything is moving in the right direction, I just thought it worth chucking in a dose of reality. It is all very exciting though and can’t wait for Al to pop out of a cake screaming it works at 7am tomorrow morning.

Funny how the discussion seems to be around the definition and different interpretations of ‘early’ in Decembers RNS. I’m more interested in the word ‘progress’ in the RNS. Most on here seem sure it’s P1a data. Couldn’t it easily be a dose escalation with a nod towards activation and a cliffhanger of more to come on Science day?
