I think there is a huge misunderstanding around the agm

They could never issue shares again unless they put that notion through as market cap is so low, it does not mean they will issue shares but just gives them the ability in the future, for example FPP did the same but never actually issued shares. Company clean up so to speak.

They own £5-6million in crml shares so cash is no problem
