KEFI pulled a similar stunt recently and the shares are currently trading 6% below the placing price.

Why would those who took up the placing sell for under 1.2p. Is this not what they paid?

Surely they will have seen huge potential and invested for quite a bit of profit, e.g., 5 x that price.

Or am I missing something?

It wont go to 1p IMO. In fact, I reckon anything under 1.2 is a steal. But DYOR.
