Here’s my take after reading all todays posts. What if citic were working to find buyers and whilst doing that work thought, “ why don’t we buy it”? They know what it’s worth. They know the pgms are rocketing up in value. Why not own it and have all the future value as their own. Just a thought.

It may have spread faster in China due to about 12 living in one house and the population per square metre is higher than the uk.

I don’t think the media help with the negativity. BBC in particular seem to revel in it. Between corona, brexit and the markets loving a bargain via manipulation we were going to be on a loser today. The people who bought in a frenzy as it rose into the 80s have probably panicked and run. So close to the wire too.:-(

Maxdoom, as I keep mentioning, they did not make EVERT REASONABLE EFFORT! At least offer bonds to test the water. If oversubscribed then sell more. And JPM were in a win win. They were shorting and knew if they said “pull the the bonds “ the share price would tank. Even an idiot like me can see that bit needs investigating.
