1.Tumor Micro-enviroment Activated Drug (TMACs).

A platform technology—currently focused on using FAP as the tumor specific enzyme for activation.

Example: AVA6000 releases Doxorubicin. Currently licensed to Avacta Life sciences and is in phase 1 human clinical trials.

2.Tumor Microenvironment Localized drugs. (TMELDs).

Also platform technology currently focused on using FAP, but exploits binding to FAP rather than activation.

Example: PNT6555. A radiotheranostic licensed to Point Biopharma and currently in phase 1 human clinical trials.

3.Can-SEEK.

FAP activated PSMA or folate receptor targeted Radio theranostics. Ongoing collaboration with Point Biopharma. Lead candidates have been designed and synthesized and currently being characterized.

PNT6555 looking good.

'PERTINENT FINDINGS: Boronic acid–based DOTA-FAPIs are potent, selective inhibitors of soluble and membrane-associated forms of FAP. In a FAP-positive tumor model, the 68Ga-chelates of PNT6555 and PNT6952 exhibited appropriate properties for PET imaging, and the 177Lu-chelates of PNT6555, PNT6952, and PNT6522 produced strong anticancer effects, with PNT6555 exhibiting the most potent antitumor activity when chelated with 177Lu and similar activity when chelated with 225Ac or 161Tb, suggesting versatility in therapeutic applications.

IMPLICATIONS FOR PATIENT CARE: PNT6555- and 3099-based analogs provide feasible alternatives to quinoline-based DOTA-FAPIs, and the preclinical results support their translation to the clinic for theranostic applications in oncology.'

Sorry I'm a bit confused.com...

22 April 7,529,825 Admitted = total in Issue 359,042,104

23 April 113,808 plus 6,500,000 Admitted = should be in Issue 365,655,912

30 April Per Avactas website 360,042,104 in Issue....what hapened to the remaining 5,613,808

They've only added 1,000,000 of the EMA/LTIP ESOS shares which were admitted on 26 April????

Any ideas...am I missing something???

Icecool...CC covered the biopsies...yes not common for P1 but I got the impression they were somewhat surprised by the results and were checking and double checking...

So far I think AVA6000 has out performed expectations. It's dping what it is supposed to based on in lab results but not finding the MTD might have been more of a surprise and they needed to know more about the tumour environment compared with blood etc to better understand what was actually happening.

3% is a reporting threshold and Avacta know about this holding because it's on their website and they should have issued a TR1...

Another black mark for our FD...

Order filling...someone is still loading up...SP not tanking with shorts...being held in band which usually indicates order(s).

Why no comments regarding lack of TR1 for new major shareholder.

Avacta raised around £25m with IIs...the new major shareholder has 3.3% which is only £4.7m anx we know at least one existing shareholder sold down...

Who else has bought in?...is buying...?

Icecool...beg to differ hun re data collection. Didn't she say they were collecting more which is/has helped with pipline decisions. We now have ongoing 3W and new 2W data...she gave me the impression she was happy with the more the better.

BV...there are different ways to divest...it is not just about selling off. They can divest by spinning off DX as a separate newly listed company in which existing shareholders get shares based on valuations of TX and DX.

I held shares a few years ago where just this happened. It wasn't a problem and each company could then better target their individual marketplaces and each could brand accordingly giving greater recognition. Each company had Directors in common but separate CEO's and management.

BV..if you look at the bios for Avactas Board members it might explain why the decision was made to expand the DX div by a M&A policy. Non-Execs are there for their input/expertise past and present. I don't think it has been a bad move providing they get DX fully integrated/streamlined with a clear pathway for the affimer tech from Avactas lab into Avactas testing equip and out through Avactas Distributor/Direct Sales. Avacta now owns and controls the psthway from start to finish snd shojld get cracking.

Haha...on wrong timeline...they were based on 15min interval not 1 min...

If they bought in full 3.3% during Placing then it was only £4.7m.

Just opportunists based on the buy in price...
