I agree/concur...however, from what we already know about PreCision the patients who enrol for this trial will be on the best possible treatment path...OK so it's not an 'approved' treatment and still only a 'trial' but if I were in their shoes medically, it's exactly where I'd want to be...on a trial which has potentially far better efficacy and far fewer nasty side effects both short and long term.

One other observation about Avacta...apart from the lack of a US Listing we really are operating as if we were a US based company. A US listing really does have to be one of the next steps once we secure the funding needed in the next couple of months. Trials in the US will not be cheap!!!

Note their opening line...long term partner...is Avacta actually talking about an AVA6000 funding partnership deal with the likes of HR to fund Avacta seeing it through to market with a royalty payback and said deal is predicated on a dual listing. At the same time Avacta will be offering Licdnce deals to best bidders/interest parties which could happen at any time.

VS..If you are talking late stage deals (ie beyond sales, purchasing and scientists chin wags), then yes the CFO will be involved. CFO's are also heavily involved with listings etc. He will be there to explain the companies financial position and to answer any questions regarding debts etc, The same goes for major investors...they will want to dig deeper into the companies finances too before dipping into their deep pockets. I did point out that several Royalty investment companies were attending and they will certainly want to know what deals are likely, together with dual listing timescales. Any company handing over large amounts of dosh will certainly want to meet the chap who holds the safe keys. On the other hand our CFO should also gain a lot of insight from meetings/discussions too - as long as he meets the right people and asks the right questions...haha

Alderbaran...agree and if Pharma can spend a little bit on a new Delivery systems which allows them to make an existing product much safer, tolerable and cheaper and perhaps reintroduce shelved products it's a win win for them and Avacta...a deal with funding needs to happen in the next 3 months otherwise it's another fundraise. Even a MOU would be great if it unlocks funding from other sources.
