This is where we are at..the science is a given, whereas the funding isn't as far as shareholders are concerned but Avacta will always know more than we do...just a matter of time now and a Nasdaq listing announcement must fairly close together with one or more substantial specialised fund investors. Surely that's what our new wizz broker and new FD (with credentials to suit) were brought in to sort out.

Now what's the likelyhood of Daewoong Investment investing in Avacta once it becomes a fully fledged pure play Therapeutics company. Daewoong like unmet need and patient quality of life...mmm!

There are two types of deals which should be considered...

1. Pharma simply putting up a bit of up front money and agreeing to some milestone payments/royalties to get the rights to take one of our pipeline products to market or to partner with Avacta on AVA6000 to jointly take that to makrket and said Pharma covers trial costs etc.

2. A Specialty Investor coughing up a large chunck of change in exchange for shares and an oversight seat on the Board with a view to supporting the trial

costs, moving the pipeline product forward and growing the companies value with the end game being to sell to highest bidder for mega bucks. In this case the lower the SP the more shares at entry point...mmmm!!!!

So is it Money for Product Rights or Money for Shares and Seat on the Board...??

Looking at most companies in Avacta's position with only 3 products in their portfolio, no sales and only 1 product in a Stage 1 Trail, No. 2 would natutally come first. No. 1 could follow with some licence deals and eventually perhaps a couple or more years down the road a full blown T/O.

We are getting close to SP levels in March 2020...then in April 2020 we it took off royally...

One thing bugging me was why would Avacta choose to go for end May for results this time?

New FD needed more time?...

Or could it be to align wth someone else on timing and a joint statement.

Lets get 2 x £25 m Specialist Investors or more...let's create a lttle competition...

Looks very much like an ARM type strategy to me based on last sentence....

Phase 1 trial is all about Safety...it's great we've seen some efficasy and confirmation AVA6000 does what it says on the tin.

Phase 2 will be about Efficasy and that's why deals are usually done at this stage.

Trials as you all know are very expensive and like all small companies putting their FIRST product through it's trial stages they are going to need serious funding. AIM was OK but it's past it's sell by right now. It's time to get big hitters on board who understand (and I mean understand) the science. The next 12 months are now crucial to the survival of Avacta. The last thing we want is a low ball T/O at these levels. We want high level investment by someone who can fend off the cheap skates and get Avacta through the next 12 months or more and negotiate some very lucrative licencing deals which I don't think we can do in house.

B2HS2L...I do understand what you're saying about Avacta being cautious etc...but you are thinking like a Brit not a Yank!!! and look who we have on our Board now...Americans think big and we have people who have gone through the Nasdaq Listing processes etc etc...

AIM has just been classed as a Private Exchange...the company needs to get real exposure now...

'and phase2/3 trial starting q1 2026.'...does anyone realise how much these trials cost...if they're planning on starting (dosing) Q1 26 then they will need to show funding available during set up which should start in Q4 25. If starting means from ground zero set up then dosing will be a while off.

The more I think about it the more I think a Nazdaq listing via RTO is the only way to get major funders on board quickly and perhaps the pure play is the clue with the US investors preferring pure play companies.

If they are moving in this direction then they'd better get their skates on...

Hi Ferring...yes, radiotherapy is brutal. I don't think people realise that the burning continues long after treatment finishes. You really had a terrible time of it. My husband had two lots of radiotherapy and the side effects were dreadful. His last two treatments were radiofrequency which is far less invasive but very effective. At least you're still here...and happily married too...

Well!..I have to say, Mr V obviously read and took note of my EMail points.
