You could look at it another way...if PreCision allows for much higher doses of a single drug like Dox every 2 weeks then the need for multiple drugs might be reduced from say 3 down to two...far more cost effective...

NFTs...I'm hoping we can dig down into the sorts of combos they envisage and whether 2's the limit...a quick internet search can give you a standard list of combos but will new/non-standard combos be possible when carried to the tumour site by PreCision...

The problem with the likes of ChatGPT is that they get their information from anywhere on the net - good and bad - if it happens to pick up on some fake news/info it will then simply regurgitate same...question is, however, where is it getting the information from...open access only or does it actually get to dig into closed access sites too. Much of what gets spouted on the likes of this BB can be accessed quite easily by anyone. You only have to log in to participate in the chat. It's also becoming quite difficult to fact check the likes of ChatGPT. I know several people who no longer trust the feed back they are getting so have deleted the app. I also know a couple of business people who regularly used it to put together their Conference/Seminar Talks but again they are now spending so much time trying to fact check some of the content they say it's no longer saving them much time and it's much easier to use an auto dictate coupled with their own research.

Big Pharma have portfolios of oncology products so just because they have an ADC or two it doesn't mean they can't or won't look at taking on a PDC or two.

BV to see responses of any kind is good obviously especially for the patient, however, these are safety trials and terminal patients who have received previous treatments and all will have different levels of tumour - size/numbers/spread etc....One would hope that early diagnosed patients put straight on to a high dose ever 2 weeks should see fast and total distruction of the tumour cells....

AVA6000 Tumour:Plasma 100:1 Dox on own 1:1 I mentioned this yesterday and surprised there was very little comment about it...it's huge!!!!! As you say...it opens up the warhead sphere considerably and how many highly toxic chemo drugs are sitting on shelves gathering dust which could now be hauled back out.

Again, being able to potentially administer a resistance beating drug with the warhead and both in a controlled manner would be a huge shift in treatment mechanics and if both remain safely at the scene of the crime what a synergy!!!!

Bootnk...ADCs have been around for a while but it took much much longer to turn Pharmas heads...slowly one jumped in, then another, then another until the rest felt they had to for fear of missing out. Avacta right now is only in p1..but it appears dome Pharmas might already be looking our way...but Pharmas is cautious and will be looking for data, data, data. The key is to get just one on board...then another...then another...and we will...

Why would Investors cough up £16m to only see £3m go to R&D? What else have they been told/seen?

A deal with or without upfront cash will drive the SP up...Investors will want to be in at the lowest level. So is this a case of:-

A Deal is about to be done which keeps the IP with Avacta. In order to get such a deal, at such an early stage (P1) they may have to forego a large upfront payment and rely on milestone payments or even wait for Royalties. With such a deal, this might also bring in the likes of Healthcare Royalty as the main funding party.

If such a deal was announced then said investor/investors could make a quick buck...now what if said investor in the 3 fundraisers we have just had was actually Healthcare Royalty...if buying shares in the placings to sell at a later date after deal done and SP jumps substantially, they could easily get their initial deal funding money back.

The next move would then be to List on the Nasdaq and the rest is then history and further funding will be covered...

They are still monitoring patients even after they leave the trial and 1/2 have a survival rate of over 100 days and 1/2 below 100 days...hence median 100 days...
