Forgot to mention in post to george about carving off the two conventional businesses.. timing as mentioned to be after feasibility study completed.. but financed by farminees from appraisal drilling all to feasibility.. meaning 88e does nothing with its own cash.. at all.. just rewards holders with freebie shares before production and gives them priority to take some more in ipo.. Overall timing.. possibly already by easter or summer 2020.. Too late for some.. but i think that if all projects remain on ongoing success case, that some/many will kindof figure out when to get in and out, in and out, and back in, along the way :-) soas not to be sitting and impatiently waiting all that time...

Jiddy.. Western icewine 3d was always stated as prelim in june.. and finals in sept (?) or so.. But.. then latest mention of it was "mid year".. So i think at any time from nowish based on how it fits in with the other work (hrz or not.. nudge nudge.. wink wink).. Yukon 3d was always stated simply as final interp due in "Q4".. Only once was it mentioned as prelim also in june.. So i remain unsure about prelim coming out at all on this one.. but there is probably scope for it to be announced mid year as well... we shall see :-)

Yes george.. best way to give holders highest potential is to sell off hrz for big cash amount.. and then goodbye 88e.. However before this happens (hopefully if hrz shows us its stuff), ipo the icewine conventionals and similarly yukon.. as separate listed companies.. half the shares are given pro rata to 88e holders inspecies distribution while other half or less is up for capital raise element of ipo with 88e holders having priority.. both listings done after feasibility study stage of each project so that funds raised go straight into funding the production which will create serious cashflow meaning imminent capital appreciation of freebie shares as well as potentially high level dividend distribution %... I am getting ahead of myself.. however.... If you do not visualise something, it willnot happen.. hahaha...

Brom.. we better not mention the fact that yukon may actually have more within itself.. like potentially a number of TcF gas.. nor that potentially sucking out some of the oil from within the anwr area (using conocos brand spanking new record drill length method) with its 10bill oil estimates, most of this in the area just over border of yukon.. Cos if we were to mention this we would be labelled as rampers.. and possibly fantasists.. haha :-)

In other words.. based on dw previous and current form.. There seems to be a glaring reason as to why "Regenerate" was setup, and why it is currently labelled plan D :-))))

Funny you mention the conventional projects in regards yo standalone.. Was thinking yesterday.. even if ice2 failed.. dw could get everyone their money back.. by ipo of yukon to raise some 90mill at a buck or so per share, with 88e holders given priority for the ipo raise, while a similar amount of shares are actually given to 88e holders as inspecies distribution.. thereby handing the holding of regenerate company to 88e holders directly while floating it on the market and raising some 90mill equity.. so 180mill market cap for starters.. This would be done after a 50% farmout has successfully drilled 2 or so appraisal holes and done a good pfs.. Thereby leaving regenerate to gets its initial part of half share of (old estimate) 450mill funding for production.. half= 225mill, it could be 40/60 equity/debt financed.. meaning only need 90mill equity :-) and 135mill debt.. Then it gets to take in (for 6 yr period), 25kbopd times 365 times 20$ net cash operating profit = $183mill annual net operating cash... So a market to start off at 1 times forecast net operating cashflow :-) I think oel is trading at 2 times theirs for a miniscule setup compared to this :-) The sp probably goes to 2 or 3 bucks or so with divi paid out.. when plugging numbers for divi % out of such high cashflow levels.. one starts to salivate :-) I shall stop there :-))

Those same many might not be aware of the hydrocarbons which were extracted from the ice1 core.. Fotographic evidence and all :-)))

So about 2000 more fracc fluid barrels to get out.. At 165 per day thats about 12 days.. From 17th thats 29th.. Initial plan said 10 to 14 days of AL to get to reservior contact, and well reopen on 11th.. so 11th plus 14 is about 25th.. But consideration has not been taken in for the fact that AL doesnt/didnt start at well reopen but had to be rigged up and setup etcetc.. so a day or so for that one.. Means.. according to the re-estimation.. possibly a few days later than originally expected.. Is this "material"? No.. not at all.. :-)))

Yukon is a discovery of potentially 120mmbo.. The 3d will confirm the figures by q4.. possibly will have prelim soon though.. (the prelim thing was mentioned only once by dw though, so better to just expect finals in q4) Importance here is that it could be drill ready for next yr with possibly only 2 appraisal wells needed, when judging how armstrong did like 8 or so over a seriously much larger area, to get its 3 bucks per barrel deal at oil prices much much lower than 50bucks.. Western conventional 2 drill program will target something like 800 mmbo gross mean prospective to about 1400 mmbo gross mean prospective, depending on how the 3d indicates the multistacks are sitting in regards to each drill being able to intersect the relevant horizons properly.. Nearby historical drills already proved some oil is in there.. it is this info plus 2d which made up the current inventory.. Not wildcatting at all.. closer to appraisal drilling :-) If 88e farms out and is left with 30% then by easter they could have 240 to 420mmbo discovered in addition to the current yukon historical discovery (backed up by 3d) info :-) Very very juicy stuff...

Yes.. dw has some 90+mill odd pieces of paper resting on 88e success.. So apply any price to 90mill shares and see what he stands to make or possibly miss out on.. He is definitely incentivised to create this into a success :-) Almost all the excitement has gone out of 88e.. for now.. I imagine that people like dw might be on a more sombre mood with pb not being around.. that will definitely not be easy on him.. for quite some time.. However the work continues as required.. so it really is up to the hrz to show whether it has been enticed enuff to give up some oil :-) As for recent sp downward movement.. I refer you to the time of ice1 drilling and especially just before the results started to roll out :-) On asx.. rights issue during drill at 1c.. sp was actually much above that... then after rights issue but during the drill, the sp was dragged down to 0.6c... so 40% below rights issue price and more from the earlier sp levels... That touched the low just before the positive results rolled out.. then over a mth or so went to 8.2c... So the coil is being wound back.. if ice2 is a success, watch out for the snap back :-) If not, a lot of potential failure is already priced in..

Why sub1p if ice2 failure? Conventional 1bill net to 88e and drill ready soon.. Yukon 120mmbo discovery.. with 3d finals in q4.. Would think 1p would be a minimum sp for that lot :-) ie; 56mill gbp market cap for that.. easily... Especially seeing that all upcoming conventional drills are closer to being appraisal wells as opposed to wildcats..
