hearing through the opti grapevine, that SOH is meeting up to 30 potential clients, seems our products are really catching on in India where they have more weight/health issues than the UK.
Looks by todays share action, a few others know it as well.

latest shareholders registrar, published on ADVFN shows john Zorbas only having a nominal 219K shares now.

Looks like hes sold up, unless anyone can shed a different light.

I expect there may be some covenant that prevents loan restructuring for a year or so, however getting "the shed " into a top class heavy industry workshop, will increase its base value to 9mill I've heard some knowledgeable investors say.

This increased value asset..while being fully utilized to provide brilliant service facilities will then be able to be secured against debt, as physical assets attract better deals than an order book with a company with previous poor rating.
As modernization isn't quite complete, we haven't be able to re-finance yet.
Bit tricky sometimes to see the forward strategy, but believe this is pretty close.

Certainly increasing confidence showing with Opti, just reading notes on the forums and discussing stock with friends I know of 4 investors wishing to purchase soon. Is the way of things that as soon as we start receiving increasing good news the price is beyond what a lot of investors want to pay.
If these views are replicated we'll be seeing increased buying over the next week or so.
However I do feel this price will go to a good few pounds once we see firm evidence that income streams from the big players is established. This may well be a couple of years from now, and I'm happy to hold until then.

Not at all mate, I appreciate everyone's opinion, especially those that post their research or honest views. The opti stunner over the last few days is that our products can possibly combat some gut nasties.
I'm taking slimbione myself, and I know the improved mood is true. in addition and this seems a bit daft I've been sleeping really well recently...better than I can remember.. and been having some brilliant and vivid dreams (open to ridicule I know). Certainly changing your gut bacteria does change your sense of well being.

Just saying I have seen this before and it didn't turn out to be YSF then. I f I put a sell order in for say 300k we might well see similar trading patterns, and quite a few guys I know hold more than that.

I 'm exactly with you and your views and have also hold enough to make any adviser wince. Had quite a few occasions over the last few years when we thought YSF was offloading only to find it wasn't.
For my money I'd go for a few forced sellers which isn't unusual for long term investment holds.
It seems these stocks are giving out more and more positive surprises every day and I'm fully in for as long as it takes here. There is quite a strong core of heavy holders here who collectively hold a good percentage of this company, and who will also snaffle any bargain stock those forced sellers cause.

With the reported "fish circling the boat", and £2.5M in the bank as reported Dec 2018, I'm wondering why we need another £1.5M, so just under 4M in the bank...with a low cash burn, clearly something is afoot.

First time I ever seen a product scientifically advertised to improve the mood and savoury cravings. Increases in favorable gut bacteria also shown as well.
I fully believe this is true as I'm taking the products currently (fat bugger), and I do feel better and less inclined to gorge myself.

Caths a scientist, and its clear the company needs businessmen now its moving to commercialization.

Think company is getting a lot of serious inquiries and needs a professional helmsman to negotiate hard with some of the big companies. Also still a lot of scientific work to be done which may open yet more opportunities.
Seeing good rise this pm, suspect some have moved from opti to sbtx, or some trial results may be out.

This has got to be one of the best companies I've been fortunate to invest in for a long time, and I thought I'd throw that comment in for a bite..didnt have to wait long either.
I certainly believe in putting my money where my mouth is, which is different from some others that try to run down a price for personal gain, and the way things are going I couldn't be more happier. Certainly doubt we've seen the last excellent piece of news..because todays action has taken the eye off potentially our biggest asset which is sweet biotix, and the huge market I also feel confident that will command.

Very pleased with the RNS today, almost exactly what SOH had hinted at if you read the blogs.
Exactly what I hoped we would announce in 2Q 2018 time frame, considering what production had then been in force at that time.
Hope those that are dissatisfied have sold so we won't be plagued by them any more... but I somehow doubt that.

Great to see true value being created and going from development to the first stages of industrial sized commercialization with those we have signed deals with is truly inspiring. Company has certainly done well all things considered, and the increasing of those vital income streams is now proven.
Take advantage of the current dip if you can, we are certainly seeing the hall marks of arm and probi here in the making..I believe the true holders here will be handsomely rewarded, and dont let the boiler room guys fool you into parting with your "golden tickets".

This is a game changer in having a sugar replacement thats healthy, with the full study to back it up. Little wonder that Opti are world leaders.. this alone is very highly marketable.
I expect our team at Probiota on Wednesday will be swamped with interest, for these products and all the information they are going to release then.

Seems Japan really is a huge market feeding Asia, certainly much larger than here in the UK. Think we can get a little blinkered sometimes talking about Boots and online stores in the UK, while much larger markets are being accessed elsewhere in the world. Great news today, clearly liked by the markets.
