Don’t think you have repeated it right and jumped to wrong conclusion. It reads changes not charges. Believe this is the income/royalties that delivered up to 6 months after sales so gives a delay in income streams to the licensing company.

Well worth making you know every point raised in the rns yesterday, this company has lots of irons in the fire now at each part of the value chain. I suspect that many reading this information don’t fully comprehend every aspect, that’s because it’s a pretty complex business plan drawn up similar to ARM, we know what happened there as well.

Really good company update. Know some peeps were concerned that company revenues were a bit of a flash in the pan, but there was the statement proving that they continue to grow. Also a lot closer to pharma grade than I thought as well. Worth reading yesterday’s excellent rns again as it’s packed with very encouraging relevant information.

Yes James, must confess I snapped up some of their stock, and its now tightly held, pretty confident here for the longer term, and certainly wont be selling either. think the trolls like to sell 84ish and buy 76/77 range. So they are currently out and its good. This is why we are seeing loads of drivel being posted even when we know the poster already knows the right answer. But I guess every village has one, and we have more than our fair share it seems. This stock is getting tighter by the week, and the transition from short term investor to the longer investor is well underway.

I hope our CEO would never be foolish enough to reveal actual payments, this would undermine his negotiating position, no respecting investor would even ask for such information either, seeing a fair bit of garbage on here and a full troll onslaught on ADVFN, seems the trolls may be getting a bit desperate now they are all out.

Hi James, we certainly get some plonkers on here..spend all day trying to instill some fear or undermine resolve of some investors so they can along with a few other like minded individuals try to get the price down so they can buy back in.

Thanks Smithy, can I ask why you think revenues will disappoint, clearly you have really done some due investigative due diligence here , while the disrespectful think you just guess. There was little old me after contacting seed who tell me they are working flat out to fill orders..and that was before they started shipping internationally. However thats just the first company who have been fastest off the mark and a snap shot while I bet you have been contacting most of them at higher levels.. So do you mind sharing your research and why you have come to that conclusion, because SOH appears very confident indeed at the moment.

Yes DireCons, no secret that a nasdaq listing would certainly give an enormous boost to our share price by giving a USA or Canadian population access to buy Opti stock or Probotix. Their is much more public awareness over there, into the benefits of some of our products..just take seed as an example..sales are really booming.

Excellent RNS, finncrap have been pretty shite over the years, SOH does not need capital, already self sufficient and recently turned down 1.5m offer.
I hope its not to help repel takeover offers..far to early in this process I hope for low ball offers, and feel confident that they would fail.
However it will open avenues to more investors and most importantly raise awareness of opti and what we have. We dont have that at the moment which can be seen by how unknown our company is.
One placing it could conceivably be for, might be a future sell off of some of the 38% opti owns in SBTX which will be after SBTX announces market deals and with the object of returning some of the proceeds to true shareholders here, which has long been in the offing.

I believe that this is Optis biggest deal to date. The tie up with Agropur should not be underestimated, as Fred Narbel's ex major company. One question I pose...and its worth some thought ..Did Opti recruit Fred ..or did Fred recruit Opti.?? Dont really mind what the true answer is but I suspect a bit of both.
When a 6 billion company intends to go all in, and market our products taking full risk..they want a fully trusted helmsman on our side..enter Fred, who if you think about it ...would never leave a huge multinational to join a small start up aim company unless they really wanted something big...and with a multibillion USA market..this ticks all the boxes. Now we see the true play of things to come....Some very exciting times ahead.

yes the second biggest player the States so no minnow. Can see Fred wants his free shares..seems to be going about it the right way. Get the cash coming in and the rest will look after its self. Great top up price sub 80p as well.
