What we are seeing here is forum trolls being caught out spreading lies and miss information with a single aim of discrediting opti stock. This forum is also not immune either so please take note. Added together these multiple trolls have posted hundreds of negative posts which must have put off some investors which was their objective. The current drop in stock price coincides with multiple troll attacks on advfn. Which is the most visited forum. They have now been proven to not telling the truth and now face potential company legal action. However every investor here has also suffered to some degree as their actions have contributed to share price drop. So I.m afraid I hold no sympathy at all at support any action against these individuals and would like to know their motives especially if paid.

Well I'm betting my money on a share price turn in the next couple of days. We saw really flat action Friday pm as it seems all those that want out at the current price have left the party. Smacks a large trade being procesed.
We hear through the grapevine, some large investors are looking to purchase, this normally does not happen overnight and why it didnt happen last week..However price is now very attractive and sells have at least slowed so expect it to happen soon.

In addition we clearly have a good few investors who have sold some holding in the hope of averaging down,as soon as rebound confirmed they may well be trying to buy back.
They know the companies products and business plan is sound, but just want a cheaper price.

Some are waiting for company results, seems any expected bad news is already priced in, so if its reasonable it will also cause a rise.
When any rise in confirmed, many of those that might sell some stock will hold off selling, especially as they know similar circumstances last year pushed us to 130p. Company outlook has improved since that time .

so potentially we have a fair few buyers in the wings, all with the intention of getting stock, and we know the free float is very small. Shares that were bought last week are unlikely to be released before a decent gain is seen.

Throw in the oversold category into the mix and this all points to a potentially pretty hefty rise as everyone scrambles in get in, or back in. One big buy or two will be all it will take to strip the book.
I look forward to seeing it along with the many true investors here.

Certainly entering oversold territory now, some cracking bargains to be snapped up.

Well I'm getting the feeling the market is about to turn. Not seeing those block 20k sells.and certainly seeing buys.

For example selling 20M SBTX to goetzpartners clients for say 15p a pop would raise 3M. If SOH decided to share it to shareholders it would be 3.5p an opti share. (Company might keep a %).
Also raises other interesting factors..we know SBTX are in talks and on the brink of a large deal..this would raise value of sbtx stock quite a bit.
Not a good time to be out or short.

Giving the faithful shareholders some money back in the form of a divi, remeber the RNS below.

We have the only sweet fibre on the market, and its ip is worth 100M. Many are trying everything to come up with the goods, however if they want the best, it wont come cheap.

however companies only report profits typically 6 months after sales, so we still have that horrible delay factor, and rarely do products fly out of the door as soon as launched.

Trend appears to be upwards, and turned without company news, I expect those with leveraged spreads running are grateful. Still not out of the woods yet by a good margin but the sells certainly dried up.

Have now sold the rest of my stock at a loss. They had a chance to put things right but seem to have blown it along with investor confidence.

One of the best posts you have written, many thanks. We all agree kick starting the income is slower than we hoped for and due to the ARM business model that income will be delivered when its delivered to those we have signed agreements with, and as I know you're fully aware it takes a couple of years. Fortunately the base fundamentals still remain and are indeed becoming stronger as public information and acceptance coupled with proven ongoing research demand a worldwide need for our products. Yes we've got a bit of a dip currently, but in the grand scheme of things thats just what it is, we now know the reason for the sells over the last couple of days and likely to be short lived. Take advantage of the dip if you can, because as warren buffet says "be greedy when others are fearful". Hi James, we've blamed YSF before and its been proven after it wasnt them. I certainly surprised to see those fairly heavy sells at a poor price. YSF tend to offload blocks to another institution.
I'd bet it's forced seller smaller pi, quite a few around with a few hundred k of stock, either that or decided to invest elsewhere. Happy to be wrong but we'll see before very long.

Great post Trek, However Opti isnt standing still and just commercializing its main products. They are market leaders in this cutting edge technology, and hearing through the grapevine that that are making brilliant progress in the probotic side of things enhancing current products with a much larger range of applications than we first envisaged. Clearly the marketing isn't standing still, but the scientific side of things has been a little quiet of late as little announced, but they certainly havn't been sitting on their hands as I feel the market may soon find out.
