No bad news at all, one institution sold a tranch like its been doing on a regular basis for the last few years, and all the traders who piled in on the way up have seen the easy opportunity to try and off load today and buy back cheaper.
Don't believe YSF are currently selling..thats traders and opportunists.

With the game changing news yesterday it seems to me like institutional buying transactions. One major criteria would be income stream and value. Thats pretty much secured now, and we could well see others taking positions, because you can bet your btm dollar, that many must be watching this company with very serious interest.
Huge volume today good rise on huge volume is another big positive signal.

well for me its actually skin...sbtx. we know important trials are happening as well speak.

Will certainly make a huge positive difference when marketing this strain and command its premium placing.

had to go to market at 16:11 to fill trade, but completed. I always said that a mile stone for me was the company covering its costs with income. Looks like from comments received that we have now achieved that milestone. Break even is always a big one. Great to see yet another deal signed up, and listening to the per interview seems like the bulk of the income is USA based. We know companies like seed where very quick off the mark, so that certainly makes sense to me. Also to have a CEO test our product on himself and achieve stunning results says it all really...Hes certainly a believer now...and has improved his health into the bargain.

well i've just had a very nice top up. very pleased, especially as everything seems to be nicely on track. also linked to this stock sbtx started the all important 3rd trial last week, all as planned.

seems crackers..that if we were 150p a pop right now..we'ed see more buys... well im more than happy a 60p odd and pleased with more "golden tickets".

current price has hit limbo, where those wanted out have gone and those wanting in have already topped up or are waiting for financial news one way or another before the new clear direction is set. very few transactions today, probably those forced to raise funds.

Debt which is secured on all their assets like this is really important. Had it happen with a small Canadian Oilier a few years ago, when Saudi dropped the price of oil for 18 months by producing at top whack and selling everything in storage on open market.
Bank foreclosed on the company...so went bust....all shares worthless and delisted ..really eye watering loss.
Now restarted.....same wells making good cash verses cheap running costs..shareholder shafted, but bank rolling in it.
Swore if I see the signs again, i'll be out..so its really important for me.

well written report, many thanks. clearly the eye watering rates of interest are key in stopping share price growth. 18% in anyones book is pretty horrendous. the big question is...can they change the contract rates, or are the company stuck with this..also are overpayments even allowed.... i hope my suspicious nose isnt picking up a hint of a rotten wiff here, that mrs are not keen to discuss over these loans and not sweetheart deals. that is credit card rates, not a loan.
ive been burnt before, and would like some hard questions answered, before i increase any investment.

you are right dobbin, know there is at least an 11k share buy recently thats not showing. may be part of a larger worked order to get rid of the seller once and for all.

hi boyzee, any delayed reporting of results will show figures that are not what some investors would like to see. bound to happen with any company when revenues start. they will be able to show more accurate trade increases and im looking forward to the first milestone which for me is break even point.
next the seller..and this is my humble view.... many original backers have made good % increases even at current rates. they could well be taking some profit to annually balance their books to offset losses elsewhere in line with general market retraces. for them its more important than holding for greater gains here..

Normally expect the price to drop on any bad news or results. We have had neither here, the markets overall confidence has been hit and we seem to have had a heavy seller. this is the time to invest and make a killing on the upswing that even the most pessimistic here expect to happen. Even the board think its a good buy at almost a quid a ticket, and we are currently almost 30% discounted on that price. They know the deals done and how much revenue that will bring in, thats why our CEO says "exponential growth" to come next year.
Well I don't talk rollocks, but the 6k top up this pm was mine. Believe in putting money where my mouth is, but each to their own just DYOR.
