Sorry to spoil your hopes but if things go the way the company expects you have no chance what so ever of holding onto these babies for 5 years. Positions are already starting to be taken, and you can bet your eye teeth that big pharma has this little baby firmly in the crosshairs watching this trial. I fully expect every post and publication even down to what we are posting now is being over viewed. ..Most will laugh at that, but I've positive proof its happening already, on invite only forums on a sister company...my word on that.
SBTX has got a potentially medical curing answer to a really nasty skin condition whilst exploiting a niche loophole which bypasses normal lengthy and expensive phased trials. A real holy grail, moment in medical breakthrough... you've run the slide rule like me, if it exceeds expectations be lucky to last 18 months.

You are right with those exact variables, however the point being made is that results are a few hundred % adrift, from those original forecasts, not even close or even tepid. What is being requested is without naming companies what is the forward projections actually looking like, I mean we have signed 60 plus deals, forget one third good, one third ok and the other third pants, does seem returns are falling way behind those expectations. What we want is some rough idea that's accurate.
I've only reduced a little here, however feel its important that expectations are accurate. Failure to achieve this will see this share price drop a lot further as stock is sold.

I'd like to know the answer to Woolies main question. Think I've got it rigfht.
Q: Many investors bought stock believing the upbeat brokers note, which was not denied by the company, which subsequently proved well short of the mark both in timing and returns.
Looking forward when can these disappointed investors realistically expect a decent return on their investments.???

Does appear we have another larger buyer trying to purchase stock on the open market. Guess the big players are now holding on. Very encouraging sign.

know a couple of friends who are good investors read the RNS last week and they were very pleased with it. They did not initially know what the expectation was so came in cold. However that was their response. Was the reaction over done...since saw support strongly at 52p .

Can anyone on the Trial confirm they have received the first doses and how its been so far.

Think you are spot on with that post. They need to do a re-take and perhaps admit there is a much better way of recording these assets. Sometimes its better to just fess up and say..we got it wrong. Then everyone moves on.

Do feel we have some transference of funds from OPTI to SBTX currently. Yesterdays trading update on OPTI although positive was less than investors expected. Clearly these investors like to invest in the microbiome sphere, so with possibility of further high gains here coupled with a slight retrace from recent highs gives an attractive entry position. Know this is right, as I'm one of them, although I've held SBTX since the early days. Could see this continuing, until confidence in OPTI is restored.

Can any participants here confirm that they have got the first doses in order to start the trial. any first observations would be good info.

the SBTX stock was originally intended for shareholders who were diluted when sbtx was split off. in the event, SOH used it as funds and wages. The lions share was offloaded to larger players and we received nothing.

My expectation was the same as Elricos who is someone I respect. no one can hint at insider info now??? Indeed Mr. Market has been pretty hard in its correction, and probably deserved as well.
Makes me wonder a bit if the results and quitting of some employees were connected.
With so many deals signed up, most of the incomes must be pants. Certainly not worth half the hype some of them received.
Hope I'm proved wrong here.

I can see how a spot valuation on say 1.5M sales X p/E of 20 gives 30M plus 15M for SBTX so around 45M or close to where we are right now. Not sure if this is how its being viewed.

Clearly the second half down turn was pretty heavy, and I've been looking at the SBTX value, and I've come to the conclusion that the value increases there should be valued as part of OPTI, even though SOH does not in effect control current activities.
Know its a separate company now, but it was part of the OPTI portfolio, and indeed the company still holds 24.5% of it. So think its very fair for that value to be added to the results.
If you add in that value increase, the results are very good indeed. Probably in hindsight the best thing OPTI ever did, However on balance I can see the point of view, that if we had not sold it off current shareprice could be double what it is now.
No mention of sweet in the RNS...we always believed that was the jewel in the opti crown. Was it SBTX??

Believe the next revenue step increase will come from down under with our Australian deals including the products in their no1 slimming products. Doubt we have seen those royalties yet, or even the start of them, then there is the Far East deals which are being done.
RNS says quite a few deals completed last year, just wondering if this is the first time some have been reported, know a few did last year but maybe not all.

looks like the "sell the news" drop has hit resistance.
