I see an opportunity to take advantage of weakness. Great to see that bounce off the btm on opti today, that wont drop any further and in a good few cases any stock reduction has already been completed.
However might liquidate other assets if the price here becomes any more attractive.

Does seem there are also many causes to skin conditions. Many more than I initially envisgaed, bit like the cause of a high temperature. Quite a few are listed below. So having it listed as a health food product is propably spot on, as it does seem if you can keep the right bacteria balance it stops other nasties from getting a hold. Very similar to OPTI in some ways.

OPTI has some brilliant things going for it, being frugal with cash is a godsend in this day and age as you pointed out.
also another very biggy in my book is risk factor, with over 70 Deals now signed up internationally, cant see this company running into difficulty, however SBTX have much less deals so should be viewed as the higher risk of the pair.
Think its fair to see both sides of the coin. I actually didn't realise just how much work there is in getting a product released with special formulations required in nearly every region of the world due to local tastes and preferences as well as dealing with different climates, especially hot and humid ones.

Believe SBTX products have an advantage over OPTI's in a couple of significant ways.

Time to market..think we can all agree setting up manufacturer's, sorting deals and getting things rolling takes years. SBTX can piggyback on that experience and pipeline.

Customer need,... taking current psoriasis as the prime example..customers will have to take it 24/7, not a yo-yo diet drug that we apply after the christmas turkey.

Competition-...current drugs to aid this condition are 10x more expensive, makes SBTX a winner overnight, some of OPTI's products although world class are not cheap.

Advertising...This is critical, however many groups of Psoriasis sufferers have set up organisations to publisise any products that will help their members, some are already reporting favourable results back to their clubs while on the current trial. ... Diet clubs are already regulary contacted with deals with companies like Slimfast.

Need and drive...tricky one this, but worth exploring, overweight people tendto carry on until some need or realisation happens to force a change of direction, otherwise changes dont happen very easily or over a course of years.
However with Psoriasis that maddening itching and scratching will drive you to act the next day or as soon as you are aware there may be an alternative solution.
Sorry for the long post, however its good to share openly viewpoints, and comparisons.

Falls almost exactly with my viewpoint. I believe this company will do well, but not at previous expectations. SOH pointed to the "small print" in the goetz report saying that it wasnt a forecast with the normal caveats, and my more strongly worded question was watered down a bit, however in fairness didn't get ignored.

many thanks researcher I've read it. Least the company is being honest to investors there top expect a six months delay for reasonable circumstances.
Only thing is, might have to pay more to get your stock back here, Mr. Market is pretty ruthless and I see half of your stock has already been snaffled. However you may be lucky and if you multi bag guess you dont mind either.. good luck.

no problem researcher was in agl myself for a while, just taking years there to get regulatory approval. However I'm sure your sells will certainly make someone happy today. At least investors know its a limited sell which is useful.

SBTX could easily team back up with OPTI, and utilise some of its customers specialised manufacturing capacity to try and meet public demand in event of success. I'm sure they would "rip your hand off" to get these deals.
However it would be a much faster route to market and benefit both companies, and most importantly for all..
Relieve the suffering of thousands of people much faster. I actually think if it appears the trials are a success, that these operations and setting things up could start in earnest right now???
Clearly there are already formed groups of sufferer's with this condition so getting the word about that there is something they may want will not be an issue...satisfying demand may be. Some investors asked about returns to the company so if we say about the same price as seed or £1 a day.
5000 users =1.8M/yr
25000 users = 9.1M/yr ...P/E 20 M/cap182.5M / = £1.50 share.
However thats still peanuts, and would never be just P/E 20 with rapidly growing sales.. more like double that.
With good planning target is achievable in a year due to demand. But production could be ramped much faster due to public worldwide need.
UK alone has over 1M sufferers or 1.7%. Think I'm going to leave it there

You are right on those figs, however I expect every health drug dispenser will be cramming the company switchboard wanting to know how they can obtain sufficient quantities of the product and for an ongoing foreseeable period. Manufacturer's would be fighting to obtain the licences to manufacture and distribute, or pay 400-5K % more for other treatments. Great to be the person who's distributing those licences. Nothing else comparable on the market. think it might be a tad more than $1/day, more like £1.
Its a potential real Viagra moment for SBTX.
Expect value of SBTX top soon greatly exceed OPTI, however thank goodness for the parent company's 25% holding. Going to be really useful in fending off the Pharma sharks who I expect have already detected blood in the water and are making first tracks this way.
Not worth thinking about shareprice but could go similar to some high profile US companies. Essential its handled correctly, might even be worth sharing expertise by SOH and his team, to prevent any early costly errors here, as they are the more experienced partners. Especially in making sure the IP and patents are bullet proof.

You are spot on there, most people and all health dispensing organisations worldwide would flood marketing switchboards trying to source sufficient quantities of stock, and maintaining those supplies on a ongoing basis.
Can clearly see the biggest manufacturers are going to fighting amongst themselves to get these licences, (what a brill job, selling those) .. will be able to dictate very favourable terms indeed on behalf of sbtx holders.
Nothing really on the market to compete unless you want to pay 400-5k% extra.
Almost a Viagra moment, in terms of marketability.
Just hope SOH and SA have sufficient patent protections.
Your result was just one country.....I'm thinking world wide. However if your prognosis is correct, SBTX will soon dwarf its parent company , however its holding will be vital in fending off predatorial sharks which I know already smell blood.
Dont think we need to discuss share price, which could see gains like some outstanding US companies.

I like the royalty deal with Croda, thats the mainstay makes the study almost a free run and we should see income from that starting this year. Thats the beauty with this stock, unlike many others that run trials. I was pretty stunned at just how expensive psoriasis treatments are, and they dont last. Those that market current treatments will be following every move and I dare say post on this subject with this company. They will be running the slide rule over it and trying to weigh up their options. Some may doubt this, but I know for a fact that with another similar company it is and was true.

Well worth a look at just how much current treatment for Psoriasis actually costs for a 12 week course.
Really expensive $1200 to an eye watering $27000.
If successful here would project SBTX into a "must have" position as I'd expect our costs would be far cheaper.

Was some discussion that a big holder was reduced a very large position a little bit in order to balance the books/ profit take.
Certainly the last two trading periods we have seen considerably more buys than sells.
Think its rather lucky timing for those wanting to increase their holding. Of course no knowing how big the iceberg sell is or timescale to offload, so everyone must make their own call. So its possible it could drop. However on the other side of the coin researcher is right. However thats short term, longer term its results that determines price.
