Whilst I believe to Peter is disappointed that he can’t release the results tomorrow and the reason for it, I don’t like the timing of the rns today.

I like the update in the rns but as soon as I read it I knew the price would drop as that is how aim works. Unfortunately for me, and others I am sure, I wasn’t able to be at the computer to sell my trading holding at 10/11p. Other than losing out on a few quid and not being able to buy more back if it drops, it isn’t really a big deal so I wouldn’t be so melodramatix as DHC and say people’s profits have been decimated. Those of us who have actually invested in the AIM (DHC, have you?) know full well that good news sometimes gets a rise in the share price, but no good news or badly news gets a hell of a lot worse of a reaction.

We know he/ she doesn’t have wsg shares (at the moment) and is ****ging it off (at the moment) so he/ she wants to buy back in again. This is all despite advising other posters to only write about shares they are invested it :-).

Exactly and then low oil price will not remove this revenue stream which has been an added bonus during these tough times.

I like how you end posts with a nonchalant comment like ‘just imo’ like it portrays your exaggerated negative views as realistic and that you are very blasé about it :-).

Some good points there, but unfortunately whilst the oil price is low our increasing turnover and covid related sales are index-linked (to the oil price) and so is our cash balance. I am not sure why were are the only business affected, and to such a great extent, but never mind.

Are you referring to the 4.5m odd USd one or the more recent one in Asia which was partly included in q1 2019? In any event, “we look forward to a strong full year performance significantly ahead of 2018, building on our year on year revenue growth”

We know the results will be good and revenue will have increased greatly on the year before, but I also think there will be a big rampy message about the orders since the global pandemic. If the level of orders mentioned previously continued or close to it, that is a huge amount of additional revenue to go in the figures we will see in the half yearly report 6 months from now. It is guesswork, of course.

Possibly so. With a market cap of this size, any news linked to Covid-19 where they can help fight the virus would go down very well. I suppose we will wait to find out as they would have to RNS the news if it was material.

Interesting but do we know if PPIX is involved in this or wanting to? this share was on my watch list about 4 years ago and I have only revisited it because of its tiny market cap. Are results due?

Doubleheadedcoin is really full of positivity and good humour. Some people really need to get a grip or stay away from this board.

The price is very low and we have the following to lose ok forward to:
- finding out the level of sales from fever scanning. Surely it cannot stay at the level of enquiries in the recent update in the long-term, but we are still in the thick of it so I wouldn’t be surprised if it continued since the last update
- we have been told that there is 2.2m in the bank
- the results are due at the end of the month and expected to show huge increases to the previous year’s
- we are being paid for the Tema work and the early revenue will be included in the results to put the minds of doubters at ease
- there has not yet been a major issue with the above in terms of port useage and reports suggest that there may be a drop to reflect china’s shutdown but that will be brief and they are not the only country involved
- there are other contracts due to be negotiated and we hope of a signing or two this year. The virus will, of course, have delayed this, but I would still hope for another big contract this year
- if we are at or not far off net profit, any new contracts just add to that with a good profit margin

What we are looking at is now, and we know we have a huge number of orders for scanners and this should continue. We have a very good level of cash as well and I think we should see excellent revenues at the end of this month from last year. We started last year with a 2.2m headstart because of the contract in Asia.

I hope we also get a better understand of the revenue received from Tema and how we can try to work out this year’s revenue with that, airport and tech sales.

We might see a nice rise in the share price up to results. We we know is that the revenue was 5.6m at the end of half 1 and the total revenue for the year before was 6.7m. What are people’s rough calcs for how much of this was from SL please? I hope we also find out more about the Ghanaian port revenue for the final quarter/ quarter + a month or two. I take it there will be nothing coming from the Saudi joint venture?

I know it may have been asked before, but what does one of their scanners sell for? The large 80s robot looking ones.

The market knew we are being paid and that the scanport deal is done so it should be a shock. What is good today is the confirmation on cash, profitability and the increased revenue, which we knew anyway. It really is a good price considering all this and if you were on the sidelines.

That is a very good RNS considering the circumstances: £2.2m in cash, large revenue in such a short period of time from online orders, 30% increase in revenue over the same period last year and profitability!

This board makes for a truly uplifting read as usual. Most companies are in the **** at the moment.

Yes, there are negatives but again this could be said about most companies. This share really does have a reliable and keen set of bashers for no other reason than trying to find a more attractive re entry price.
