I am not so sure. With the possible discounted raise coming (below 0.2p), Trevor selling, Nigel now leaving too and seemingly nothing going on (positive) behind the scenes. I sold out in stages putting it down as a bad decision.

It might still have a good jump from a lower price at some point soon and I will try to stop myself buying back in! No doubt it will get ramped around a placing again.

We'll believe that when we see it.

You have to laugh at Greenspan - full of ****. As long as the nominal here stays at 10p, there should be good trades to have between 6p-12p until the next Managed Services Contract comes, and that is what the core holding is for.

If that is Whitehall, then now they own more than 30% of the company, which wouldn't that then make them need to offer a price to the remaining shareholders equal to the highest price paid over 12 months?

there seems to be a bit of interest here again. Lots of good opportunities in the pipeline, they have good access to cash/ borrowing, a high level of assets, small market cap and things should be fully operational. This price seems way too cheap to me.

hmmmm. Something isn't right here. We keep getting updates of news incoming and then nothing for weeks. Now they are looking to reduce the nominal as they cannot issue more shares below 0.2p - why would they need to when there is so much good news to come?

I am not sure about the latest Trevor Brown transaction either and suppose we will not know whether he needs the cash or if he actually thinks it is a good move for Braveheart investments.

There is debt to service, but the share price is around half of what the net tangible assets are.
The share price is at a near all time low, and revenues are at around £20m with all areas operational again from April this year.

From what i gather, they are already good at what they do so would be looking at something specific which they don't do. They have plenty of cash so it depends on how much they're looking to spend. if they can get their revenue back up from 4m ish to 6m ish, then this will look even cheaper than it already is.

I have noticed some strange movements in the price over the past few days, and some trades which seem to match up (nothing huge, though).

As expected due to the update recently. I like how there is a pipeline of £30m to go at for this year. Things will pick up again and with the price down here it shows that they have suffered due to the virus.

£1.4m in the bank in May '20 - I did not expect that. this is a high risk share at a low market cap, so I expected them to have much lower than that.

This seems to be at a low price for no other reason than it isn't popular at the moment?

Whilst we don't know whether those ramping it like mad a few weeks ago were in on the placing, that would have been enough to put me off if it wasn't for the RNS which was very positive. I re-read it after the price had settled down a bit and was quite excited at that point. It has taken a long time, though, but I think we will get an update in the results if they're next week.

I think you are right about most trading it rather than 'long-term holders' (i.e. buy and hold). It works and it is the safer option so why not, or at least doing that with half or so. It also helps avoid beating yourself up that you didn't sell some on the rises. I still think this has the potential to go on a fantastic run one day, but until that news comes, it is likely to be traded by most.

Crikey - this board has turned to **** again and nothing has changed in the company.

£5m market cap, £2.8m cash at bank and, as stated below by Gloster, the 737 is back in production. The latest update was provided before then too:

The Company's short-term revenue forecast has also been impacted by the continued freeze in Boeing's production of the 737 Max, for which the Company won a new structural contract in H1 20. However, the potential for meaningful higher revenue remains once this programme restarts.

Whilst operations are down, as expected and hence why the price is where it is, they have done well with funding and now have £1.8m available if needed.

Whilst not a proper RNS or contract signing (hopefully at least one to come), it is still good news and Peter is right to get the news about there.
