Yes...I Can tell you 100% what went on with Newmont....

At the time the GGP market cap was over £70M with £4M in the bank and Newmont were not able to do one of their standard funding type agreements for skint exploration companies as we have recently seen them do with OMI.

It really is as simple as that.

Newmonts funding model only works for ultra low market caps with no other options available to them to move a project forward.

A bit like you wouldn't even bother offering to buy my house for 10% of its value as you know I'd show you the door.

If a major wants a part of GGP then they can buy a significant stake in the company and then we will talk to them about any potential deal, As and when WE are ready to do so...NOT YET !.... Stephen

Regarding OMI I have no problem with their deal but I don't invest in stocks with an unsafe political backdrop but I can see you making good returns there and hope you do well. Thanks, Stephen

This Week RTC...But that is not important or interesting to me...Havieron is Very IMPORTANT and the reason I've taken 6.2% of this Company to hold for long after your gone from here.

Now you guys are waking up to what we have at Havieron,The last RNS should have got us back over 2p but no worries as the lab results from HAD005 will not be able to be ignored by the MM's

HAD006 (hopefully) coming in from the south of HAD001 and drilled at an angle towards HAD001 but much deeper will be the next very interesting result as then we will know this Motherlode extends south, But how far south then is the next question !

Reason re the buying on the dip is that investment in GGP is and has been all about Havieron. World Class. Hold for Gold. Stephen

I tried to drop the price this week with sells but MMs just kept pushing it back up. Interesting

They would need it at 18p to raise funds at 15p. I would be very surprised if BG estate was happy to do the deal with no cash involved up front. Expect 50% dilution here in cash and equity. All fine by me as we then own 100% so no real dilution at all. We’re about to find out the details of the transaction I think. Stephen

Bringing the price up to18p maybe linked to a capital raise requirement to enable buying out BG estate.
