I'm just feeling that this is a great buying opportunity and don't understand all the moaning, The company wants a little more cash in the bank to get a deal done with no time/cash constraints and so gives a major shareholder a sweet deal on a tiny new issue of shares in ARS and a seat at the table, Side show to the main show but nice if you are looking to increase holdings here.

Richyf3 thanks for your posts...They formed part of my investment decision and I hope you do very well here, as you say patience is the key in any of these type of investments...Was in GGP when it was at 0.6p and seemed to be stuck there then up to 2p in no time..Thats the AIM market ! Currently holding 7.3% there and have watched my holding value drop by £2M Plus but you just have to beleive in your investment and hold for your target sell price...Here I'm thinking 30P is very achievable so lets see what happens ! All great fun but down over £100k at the moment here ! SB

I think it was my buying that made the price spike up. Not sure why the recent drop but happy with that as added 5M shares.

Built up the holding over the last month with an average price of 7.15p after watching the company and reading everything I could about it. I like the assets and the management a lot. Very exciting investment here. Looking to add more in the coming weeks. All good. Stay safe. SB
