Look at it this way. Before we were all betting on east Texas. Now we have a either way bet. Much better. And trust me we have kept the best of East Texas leases. All good here and I’m sure you are going to be happy in a few months. I’m now adding having previously reduced due to uncertainty over Texas. Still think Texas will be very successful. SB
