The 5 steps are irrelevant, we disagree the due diligence is carried out at different stages during the process, yet for some reason you seem unable to accept that there is a difference of opinion so just resort to insults.

You're missing the point, we have no evidence of what the terms of the RBL look like because the company has disclosed nothing whilst in the background the prevailing lending costs have increased.

Please provide evidence the background prevailing costs have increased.
