That's what I don't get as we are NOT ON the U.S market so why do we have to sign it unless it is a rule change from them or they have prior knowledge of something?

Never signed this before until this morning but better safe than sorry I think.

Correct,look back at Boltons post last night as I had to sign it this morning with my holding here.

I would check your broker to see if you have to sign it as they can sell your shares without permission.

Something going on and are we about to be listed in the USA?

I would urge all holders to check with whichever broker you hold shares with here.
