If you open a garage with 2 staff and 140 customers bring in their cars within weeks something has to give. Dish are recruiting as quick as they can. It will all come good

We could have 500 restaurants signed up now but if only 114 are making a profit then I would concentrate on them. It is not just about numbers its about who is making us profit.

Friend of mine has software than can search online chat and social media. Ronald will definately be using limited vocabulary in other social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc. The construction of his sentences should easily be picked out. It's quite scarey how you are never really anonymous. Even if you use TOR there is always a trace.
