Does anyone still believe a deal is being thrashed out given the comments from the GG regarding OR wanting the lot and also accusing frr of being liars regarding their true financial position?
Doesn't sound like we now have a new hunky dory cuddling up together with a new deal in the offing and loads of money being pumped in on behalf of frontera to me.
No doubt the fools will still believe though.

All the excuses under the sun put forward on this bb in an attempt to justify it whereas regardless of the final outcome to treat shareholders in this way is unforgivable.
We have been lied to, treated with contempt and still there is a pot of gold for all of us apparently.
Would be laughable if there wasn't so much at stake for some on here.

Well seems I did mess up on the open offer having read the terms again. Should have funded fully for the max I requested rather than waiting to know what my final allocation would be following any possible scaling back.
Wonder how the punter on advn who requested an additional 50k got on!

Have I messed up here? I applied for my allocation plus extras if available,
II have taken the floating cash from my a/c and applied it towards some of my allocation (less than the full amount) where as I was waiting to know the final outcome regarding the extras before funding for the full amount.
Have I lost out, should I have put cash in place to cover the maximum I applied for before the final amount was notified to me?

I agree that to date there isn't anything concrete saying we aren't, apart from being totally ignored for two years which suggests to me they we wont be.

We don't know who the shareholders are in the new Company.

The fact that "we" have not been told is ominous but not necessarily a death sentence.

Can but wait and see but if I was a bookie I would not be offering very good odds on us being included.

Zaza must be fully aware of the exact structure of the new enterprise but can't be bothered to tell those involved in the Company that is replacing where they stand.

After all we have been through over the past two years we are still being treated with contempt. How anyone can see this as a positive is beyond me.

We are now into at least 2 1/2 years of speculation as to what actually is happening at frr and not much further on now. Most of the theories put forward for the silence have been blown out of the water. Now we appear to have some last ditch attempt to salvage something by our Bod which can be taken which ever way you prefer.
My only hope is that the 30th of this month is the cut off point and we know our fate, but even now I suspect not so,

I really do feel for those in very deep despite my sometimes flippant posts. What a 'mare please it end favourably!
