Having picked through and invested in several AIM stocks I became very disillusioned with the games played out and decided to quit AIM and concentrate on the main markets apart from two stocks because of the way they were run, DNL being one.
If they made any profit for me I planned to exit asap, but now showing a decent profit here I think this has the legs to run much further so will hold.
AIM's a minefield but this is different.

Every plc has it's critics, why do some seek to silence them with false allegations?

It is common practice for Directors and Officers of plcs to take part of their salary in shares particularly on AIM.
My question is who sets the salary in the first place and then decides what % will be taken in shares. In the broader market this would be scrutinised by IIs and also by individual shareholders in some cases.
In many cases mainly on AIM this process is decided behind a smoke screen. Can anyone tell me what the individuals in this Co. are earning and whether they consider they are warranted performance?

Well if you think SMT is a Nasdaq tracker fund then all should be good tomorrow. Nasdaq has fallen from highs of 14000s to 12000s in this sell off so we should do well then.

Oldsid, 8m went through at 1036 when the market price was in the region of 957. These late reported trades always confuse me. Best stick with the knowledge that we ended up at 1056.
Will it drop to 850 to let in the "wise" amongst us or rebuild from here?

I don't think any of the big transactions were sells otherwise the SP would have been trashed.
For what it's worth maybe the 1m trades are an agreed transfer and the later trade a roll over, although I wouldn't be very happy about a 50k share charge that's for sure.
Finally if the mms took those as sells they must believe they can move them on at a profit.

Excellent post Phil, I have never agreed to this theory that PIs shouldn't rock the boat for whatever reason the believers could think of. As part owners of this Co. we were entitled to know what going on and the lies before and the silence since delisting just shows how easy it has been to fool us all.
That could well be our downfall and our own fault for not kicking off earlier, No doubt someone will now post a " shoos! it'll be all right on the night post"

I just thought that those of you who have put your hard earned into bloe would be interested to know how much your CEO has.

Whether you consider it relevant is entirely up to you.

Perhaps the ramper in chief could unearth the details of when the CEO got his wallet out and actually bought any shares in bloe and for how much.
I've tried and got nowhere, so good luck with that. It would alleviate some doubts at least.

Crikey, what a bb! Can't take any criticism of a CEO who duped folks with an over enthusiastic view of the Cos. prospects resulting in many a PI being locked in for months and if you mention it resort to insults.
