The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Are they?
Even social media threads disappeared
A but worrying although probably think can make more than 3% elsewhere so why wait.
Think the SP would have dropped further if any issues
NR has gone from having 3.5m shares in Feb 20 to over 13m today with virtually no dipping his hand in his pocket.
I presume picked up c10m shares as part of his package over last 2 years.
Bonkers that the board and jnvestors have sat and watched this while destruction of the SP
"One company should only make ~3% of a portfolio, so why do people get so aggrieved?"
Thought Buffet recommended opposite - few firms but go in big and stay with it!
Emma Walmsley
2 chunky sales from 2 directors.
Bugger
Is there any other FTSE 100 CEO that has lasted so long whilst being responsible for such shareholder destruction.
Not wanting to suggest anything untoward but would a male CEO that had performed like Emma still be in role?
Just a question
Looks like another AIM company that is not very aware of importance of keeping shareholders informed.
Judged this wrong - really thought it would be a flyer but seems to be struggling and severe lack of comms from business

Tesla buying chunks
Not as big a drop as expected - read really gloomy
Market does not like the results.
Not sure why George’s Elhedery is thought to be suited to becoming CFO. Was not aware he had a finance background although highly intelligent
Yes - it is the opportunity cost though.
There are some low priced companies e.g. GSK, VOD - could you make more than 2.7% in those in next 4 months. Will get divis from both of not much short of 2% plus chance for capital appreciation.
That is what I am trying to work out plus always chance Opentext pull out and you could lose c50% overnight.
Anyway - I have been trying to work out what to do but have stu payed put here - I do reckon selling and plonking in 4 or 5 other shares may be best and let risky
I do check intl see if comments but nothing here ir on Advfn.
As a pre IPO holder I really thought this would be a great investment. Now a serious lack of info from the BOD, a worryingly small holding from the FD. I presume despite good clients they are struggling to turn any significant cash
Would be good to hear what revenues are coming through from 4D. Last update was very little but would hope that has risen significantly
Glad to get out not as burnt as it was looking.
Declining revenue, poor management - I am guessing most(incl. Me) just are thankful that it can get back to »500
Nice if it comes but happy with this offer. Tempted to sell and distribute across multiple depressed companies.
Not had much confidence with current management so happy to take cash and get value elsewhere. Good timing with current t market depressed
Sorry for being stupid but in simple terms what does that mean per share? I.e what price per share do I get from Opentext? Thanks
Given divi being paid out in a week or so this drop is good news as long as temporary.
Looks like the usual pattern will play out - yoyo between 110 and 130p
Well I am continuing to buy - maybe foolishly
Chairman and CFO been buying chunky amounts in last 6-8 months at prices 30/40% higher than today.
Fingers x they know more than Citigroup
Fallen asleep yet?
