Agree, if they have just purchased all of RKH shares then RKH wasn't selling them beforehand.

I've got to say UOGPLC has been pumping this on twitter and they were running out of material to pump.! Haha onwards and upwards I'm still buying in all the way upto 9.5p

You'll do very well buying in at this range, my plan is to continually buy in upto 9.5p. I was never a great fan of averaging up until fairly recently, doing it in the right share can compound your overall Profits exponentially.

I like to maximize my returns with a simple strategy of selling when the GGP story has played out.

Looks like a flip to me. Shareprice will go multiples of this price anyway though ;)

Buy & Hold investing isn't as sexy as trading but overall it out performs by a country mile and I've got a free house to prove it.

Side note: 95% of AIM listed is avoid, I only look to invest in the 5% like GGP.

FFS I do wonder why people invest or stay holding more than they can handle to lose. If a company is making a profit , the debt is manageable with no further dilution on the horizon, then that is the time too invest more.! The only reason to get in a potentially overexposed position with a company that isn't generating any revenues is when the asset's are worth far more than the current shareprice.

Egypt was the right thing to do for UOG and Jamaica has the potential to become company transforming for them. Italy should also provide much needed revenues from next year. Within them 3 assets there's more than enough exploration to be getting on with mapping out. I'd like to see another Egyptian drill and near term revenues producing asset position taken, without further funding or very little which would show the market a clear pathway UOG is on and it's in the right direction.

It doesn't say anything about being a operator, the deals done are always complicated and never straight forward in this sector whether you're buying or selling.

The bottom line is, this is a small acorn of a company that has the potential to grow. The main factors with such companies are: is the debt manageable.? Do they need funding.? Seeing as the company is generating revenues and making a profit, they will survive and grow, so the future is looking bright.

The shareprice is up +171.5% from March 19th. There's a mixed bag of up & down holders here.

I took over a dozen entry trades to build a position here, as close to the shareprice as possible. Acacia made it hard work but also helped me get in lower. Anyway as soon as it went over 500% up I took 200% of position out and now free rolling over 300% nearer 3.5 times my original position. Less stressful than day trading with a much higher win ratio. My whole portfolio is now built on free rolls too.

It's all smoke & mirrors, you have to ask yourself who does it really benefit from pegging the shareprice back and below the placing price too?

Antiquated system & MM's spread, currently 2.8p to buy.! £10k trade was sell at that price and 2.8p trades are buys IMO

The 5% fair market value offer for Havieron, is effectively 16.7% of they would own at that time.

When you look at who owns what on the map, you'll see GGP is a gap for plugging between Newcrest & Rio Tinto.

GGP has shown their hand on available for a deal and expect there to be some sort of offer by the end of the year. IMO
