Levi , another of my investments is in GSK FTSE 100 company and a lot their shareholders are also -30% down, it's all over the whole financial system.
The difference here is UOG has gone from a Exploration company to an Exploration & Production Company, therefore we are now generating revenues and profits compared to zero revenues and a loss of around £2M in years before. The bang for your buck has now multiplied because of this.
Looking at the RKH share transactions, the entire 18.3% position was cut up into 19 portions with the majority going into Institutional Investor funds, there maybe some shares get flipped but the majority definitely won't.! Also we know their floor which is 2.66p.
The seller(s) here, can bring the shareprice down as far as they want but they will have to join an ever increasing queue to buy back in which will give them a lesser effect on the shareprice as many more investors can see how massively undervalued the company really is and the balance sheet will prove this.
