Best to wait for the updated version to come out as the last one was a tad ambitious, going by the actual average production.

Caracal Gold Plc will begin a new chapter, Minoplex will face the same challenges as the previous two companies regarding the complexities surrounding the gold mineralisation. Over $20 million already spent on the mine hopefully another $6 million will make it viable for us all.

I do hope those who say they have filtered me , keep to their word going forward as I'm only here to air my views as I see them.

Looking forward to seeing the suspension lifted and one day there might even be a profit shown here.

Given the circumstances of the company's current situation, it's a reasonable financing deal to make.

It offers a path to unlock value and improve operations, albeit with some dilution and financial risk. The success of the deal will depend on the effective use of the funds and the ability to manage the new debt and partnership dynamics.

The restructuring clarifies the ownership structure and does not result in Caracal Gold PLC losing its economic interest in the Tanzanian assets.

Instead they will consolidate the assets under CH.

It was in the previous RNS where the focus was in RM's comments.

$6m for 35% of NAV on future profits and they've off-loaded 99% of Tanzania (waste of money).

Transparency is a major issue with this company.

We're currently in limbo with two things to really consider ;

The FCA & LSE must be in agreement with RM regarding the lateness of the audited results because they are both within their rights to have delisted the company by now.

Secondly, companies only go bust when they cannot pay their bills and the debts are called in. The latest fundraising for £780k will be paid in shares & warrants. so as long as the company can pay its other outgoings, it won't go bust.

Regular updates are required for shareholders all the same.

High-Grade material was processed upto end of June 2023, a year ago. (hence the total lack of production updates until March 2024)

Theres been no updates showing any gold sales beyond June 2023, it's fair to assume that only a small amount of gold has been sold, the recent fundraises are most likely to be keeping the lights on currently.

According to the 13th May RNS, there's potential for RM to access additional funds;

We have continued to engage with possible JV partners for or on a sale of our assets in Tanzania.

HZM shares cancelled today, essentially the mine plan had a massive shortfall in funding causing serious working capital issues and eventual collapse of the tier 1 project.

Good job PKF are reviewing our mine plan as part of the audit process.

I'm here to talk about the Company as I see it, other opinions are respected but people who just want to post to discredit / humiliate other posters shouldn't be surprised when they get their pants pulled down in public.

RM has got us all into this situation and should be held responsible.

Very strange behavior when a bulletin board is really meant for discussing a company you're invested in.

Here's JC's post whereby they mention my avatar no less than 7 times, it comes across as someone clearly emotionally unstable as I have no impact on the Company’s situation.

Just what are you trying to achieve Bebeto by telling us information that we know?

Every investor here knows that cashflow is tight - the company are telling us this in black and white in the last RNS. We always knew that the future success of the this company depends on expansion in production and we hope an increase in the JORC assets through exploration. All of this is know and we all know that it requires financing.

We know that we need the audit to be able to move forward with financing and the prospectus.

But then you make the final sentence about RM doing nothing material - how do you know what ducks are being lined up in the background that can move forward when the audit is complete? Do you know what Robbie has done Bebeto or are you just guessing because you haven't heard anything? You argument hinges on the word delivery - what if he can't deliver until the auditors deliver the audit?

Your comment about chosing to accept or bury your head in the sand.......mmmmmm - there can't be an investor in this company who isn't concerned or frustrated but I haven't read one poster that has buried their head the sand. I have read many posters though who have taken a more considered attitude.

Have you lost all hope Bebeto? Are you invested here? What motivates you to post so frequently in such a negative way? What will you say when the audit is complete and a funding package announced? Will you continue to bash the company?

As for RM prolonging the situation - thank goodness he has prolonged it - prolonged it enough to come out of the other end. We are in June now Bebeto - it's been far too long for the auditors to produce the audit but please continue to believe that PKF are 100% faultless in this process. But when they do produce the audit Bebeto and this company goes on to complete its expansion plans, I want you to reflect in time and realise that you are not as smart as you think you are. Maybe time to take the blinkers off and realise that this is not a black and white world you seem to think we live in.

There's a massive difference between asking someone and telling them... You want to take issue with me/my posts and you're admitting it because you're not here to discuss the company you have invested money in but rather you want to point score your ego against a random stranger on a bulletin board. ;)

The situation the Company is currently in has nothing to do with anything written on this BB, instead it's the CEO at fault.

The Company has major transparency issues, which causes uncertainty, there's been multiple MAR issues and it's upto the relevant authorities to decide whether any rules has been broken.

Speaking of rules, there is no limit on the number of times a poster can post, therefore anyone criticising a number are being judgemental but have no authority on the actions of other posters.

People are entitled to their opinions and thry should all be respected even if they aren't agreeable to yourselves.

I couldn't make up a CEO ramping his company's production to 2K oz per month, effectively making people massively over- invest, in-turn encouraging friends and family to do the same, only to find out they can only manage to produce less than on tenth of that 2 years later.

Nobody knows how this is going to turn out or what the future holds for shareholders but it doesn't look good.

Clearly it's making certain posters emotionally unstable, yet you continue to feed their anxiety.
