So, they rave about AI and yet at the same time find it odd there are so many out of work? Replacement of 10 cashiers at supermarkets with a couple who float around the self checkouts. What do they expect? As for earlier retirement, well, when they say you'll have to work till your 68, it kinda gets your backside into gear to do something about it if you can, so that you can get out early and enjoy what's left of your life. Sadly for the govt, AI and self checkouts don't pay income tax.

Yes, 4x increase in divi could be classed as huge but in actual yield is still less than 3% so not really attractive enough to get people flocking in. This is still primarily a recovery play IMHO.
