Several individuals and entities are continuing to collaborate to manipulate the share price.
Buyers are happily picking up the low hanging fruit.
Stuart Last has made a commitment to implement beneficial changes if the AIM market does not value AB appropriately. Despite the sector's growth of over 30%+ in the States recently, AB has maintained complete silence.
I would recommend that individuals reach out to FCA to request an investigation into the manipulation of AB. The FCA is more likely to take swift action in response to an increased number of complaints.
Noballs (Growingballs) has recently sold out of his position, and his initial action was to engage in deramping on this forum in order to drive the price down for the purpose of buying in at a lower price. This behavior warrants attention from the FCA.

This podcast distributor looks to be at the start of an uptrend, and the fundamentals are supportive, says Michael Taylor
The market is certainly hotting up despite the uncertainty of the election. The televised debate on 4 June passed without either side landing any knockouts, with many phrases repeated (one 10 times) and exaggerated sighs representing more of a pantomime than a serious discussion. When the choice is between these two court jesters then the only loser is Britain. And with Mr Farage re-entering the scene it looks like comedy value will only increase. Certainly, both parties have upped their meme game – a game Labour appears to be winning at the moment. But do eyeballs translate into votes? Potentially, yes. Unfortunately, if lies are repeated often enough, they become believable. This is known as the ‘illusory truth effect’, where, when we are repeatedly exposed to false information often enough, we come to believe it to be true.
In any case, the market has shrugged off the election for now. But if we have learned anything about polls it’s that they can’t be relied upon, as we saw with Brexit and Trump. We also can’t rely on how the market may react to these, as the S&P 500 often fell when Trump posted gains. Yet the market went up on Trump’s election as the narrative shifted to what he would do for markets, rather than the worry priced in pre-election.

Stuart Last did say M&A activity within 12 months beginning of the year.
Had a fantastic run on GPL&PFC recently. I will be moving profits into AB on any dips.
Simply observing the Nasdaq can clearly indicate the shift in sentiment. Any high quality stock such as AB, which is currently oversold and undervalued, should be considered a top choice for all investors.
“Someone selling 20k and buying 20k shows someone thinks it is overvalued”
how did you come to that conclusion?
Is it solely the belief that an asset is overvalued that prompts an individual to sell?
Background buying, order filling
AB displayed a for sale sign Q1 this year. Those within the industry who were previously unaware of AB's undervalued status are now informed following the occurrence of this week's event.
All the heavy weights in the industry were at the event.

Berenberg would have dropped it on just a sniff of a 20k sell.
Mass accumulation in the background, hold your golden nuggets tight.
Another 20,000 shares bought. Large orders being filled in the background.
BBB, Yes, you could say that.. along with spoofing, forcing the shareprice lower on low volume, refusing to make a fair market, sitting on the offer with no stock list goes on. However, I believe more than one market maker is complicit in colluding to keep a stranglehold on the shareprice. Market maker Marex (Zak7795 close friends and go to MM) have traded more than 1.9m shares from Jan-Apr this year. Marex have traded double the amount of shares house broker cenkos have traded in the same period. Ex market makers with insiders at brokers, market makers, companies (Audioboom) play a pivotal role in the manipulation by feeding the stock to their market maker insiders.
These charlatans are everything that is wrong with the UK markets. In the event these shorting gangs become unstuck, they will force the company to issue new equity by any means necessary.. bribery, blackmail, smear campaigns to name a few.

Took another swing at Audioboom #BOOM today. Again felt like manipulation with relatively small sales pressing price this morn & a certain MM trying to hold down. They are going to get caught again. Offer dried completely towards the close and we couldnt even buy 5k at the price
