Not sure what Essex has to do with ORR but it makes a change from "the size of Wales". So patience is required and if disappointed investors sold ORR which other gold-related share is a better bet? DYOR and then decide ORR is actually ridiculously cheap!

As you say: DYOR! As I say: Timing is everything! Except I've also lost hope in ORR actually delivering any shareholder value.
Please could a bigger company takeover ORR and put us all out of our misery? With a rocketing gold price you'd think it would be worth a lot more than the current SP.

...of an idle LBE investor. Today I thought about cutting my losses in LBE and investing in EOG instead which appears to have a lot more to look forward to - any thoughts? I eventually hedged my bets by investing in EOG on a T + 20 while retaining my investment in LBE which appears very undervalued but also butters few parsnips. I also think the BOD are bounders who are only invested here for tax reasons and any icing on the cake is pretty much irrelevant but they'll be more than happy to reap the rewards.

Get real! When the hammer comes down you won't want to be invested in anything with the slightest relation to Russia!

Thought about investing in EVR yesterday @ 52p but didn't! A very bad call! Today I invested in EOG with hopes of a 100-bagger.

It still is! And the SP was rising before the mushroom cloud appeared on the horizon. If we were on the brink of WW3 would Mr Market be so sanguine? Probably! He wasn't expecting Russia to invade Ukraine and I suspect he's not prepared for WW3 either which I can't see lasting very long. It amazes me how one man can have his finger on the button and the rest of us are evaporated.

You make a good point but if things deteriorate rapidly I wouldn't be surprised to see any companies with obvious Russian links be suspended from trading. The authorities always want to appear to be doing something. In the UK it's always very slow so as to allow Tory investors to exit first. And something that's not been addressed is the possible future negative reaction to EVR in their non-Russian territories. They might well find they're not welcome anywhere!

That's been puzzling me too! EVR is largely owned by Russian oligarchs so it's a mystery why trading hasn't been suspended by now. Just one more Russian atrocity and investors will find they're locked in forever!

Perfectly justified if we're about to be nuked! By which time baked beans will be more valuable than any shareholdings. If the dust ever settles SUPP appears ridiculously cheap but that's no guarantee of any future profits.

Don't underestimate Ireland's desire to keep the lights on! I invested today largely because of EOG's interest in Corrib with their other interests being the icing on the cake and possibly the whole cake! Irish energy security has been ignored for many years but it's now paramount.

For the sake of £100m of debt I would hate so see MCLS go under. And with over £1bn turnover you'd think MCLS is attractive to several predators not least Amazon who are closing their own stores while presumably still wanting a street presence. Buying MCLS would be money down the back of the sofa for Amazon .

As for my view on the SP if GLEN sell their share - WTFDIK? GLEN might have the capital but appear very reluctant to use it. Other commodity companies may differ. Offers over the IPO price would be very welcome! Invest right and sit tight! Especially if the invasion of Ukraine turns into WW3.

You're quite right to say every dog has its day but ZIOC's day is yet to come! Have you actually researched ZIOC's history? Do you understand the impact GLEN selling their interest will have?

So much froth! EVERY rise is sold into so the only way ORR investors will see some value is from a takeover offer.
