Mesh will never be relisted. AAA is now the preferred vehicle of choice to undertake the Sentiance deal. To think you could have bought AAA shares for a penny last January all the time Mesh was suspended! Who would have thought it possible that both companies would eventually merge in equal terms? Hmmmm food for thought!

Fingers crossed yes, but the fact that AAA had options to pick up shares in mesh at 40p leads me to believe that this will be the price any deal for mesh is based on

No reference to how they are going to finance this deal though, which is pretty much the same deal we went into suspension over 20 months and counting ago. So no change.

Of interest today is the RNS that has sent the AAA share price up c. 25% today regarding the involvement in Sentiance helping to power AAQUA a communities based platform being rolled out in which AAA have options to acquire 125000 shares for 1000EUR per AAQUA share. Not sure what all this means for Mesh, but at least we know what Sentiance are up to!

I see on the from AAA today that they are lending Mesh £3m to increase our exposure to 20% in Sentiance. Intriguing (if that’s the right word) that to convert that loan they would value mesh at 40p a share. First I’ve heard of anyone putting a valuation on this company recently

Or just shareholders selling down hedging their bets in case there’s a placing!

Why can’t Mesh get this deal over the line? If Sentiance is that good an AI play, surely financiers would be tripling over themselves to get involved! Even this Bonnier character seems to bring nothing to the party as shareholders are left in the dark with any tine table of events. 16 months and counting in suspension really does take the ****!
