Not 100% but I believe it depends on holding/voting rights and thresholds but major shareholders have between 2 and 4 trading days to notify the company of a significant change but non EEA shareholders are exempt from the FCA reporting rules.

Re-post of GW's post on Sunday Less than 21% available to purchase. i.e less than 40 million shares available. This will rise as quick as it has fallen.
