RE: Share Price13 Oct 2018 00:15
My answer to the question ‘What should LC have done’ is that he should have done less and not created an energy company which is already and will be even more overstretched. KIBO was all about the MCPP and I always accepted it as a Binary play with some small potential from the gold and other minerals. The other stuff, including Katoro is either gone or a long term probable waste of time. We sit here now with 640m shares having raised enough funds to get the MCPP to what must be the final hurdles. Much more delay and we will undoubtedly be looking at adding another 50m shares to continue providing LC with his tiny £300k income. The Bots and Moz plays are years off any sort of completion and will require 100’s of millions of new shares. So we have the MCPP possibly being pulled off but LTH’s will either share any uplift with the holders of the recent 300m new shares for projects which must currently be valued at zero in our SP, or wait another 3-5 years for them to possibly add some value. If our share of the MCPP ends up being valued at $100m we will see 12p a share. Without the acquisitions it would have been closer to 20p. I didn’t vote to become an energy company but will vote with my feet as soon as the MCPP creates some value and I can get out with hopefully a small profit. Let’s hope next week brings some clarification so we can at least maintain an SP in the high 2’s.
