This is a pre-pack administration . Deal is done, have to get rid of us hence the AIM rule being played. Vitol had no intention of calling in loan. BOD have planned this since they got the no vote. All we have to do is find a way to stop them. I said before , don't rely on the administrators, they are at the moment working with the BOD , on the Bearcast he says the word is they even have a new company name. I wait to here what comes from Andy's meet this afternoon.

if you think the administrator will look for any wrong doing and bring the BOD to justice your very much mistaken. Sounds as if they are trying to help the administrators at the moment, which they will be able to do. They are out to get rid of us shareholders at the moment with a month to cancellation . Now if we can do anything to stop that is the question.

You have a very good point, the mine is what the shareholders invested in, and it's not in administration ? To be sold on ? Vitol must be supporting what's happening, doesn't sound as if they were hell bent on getting there money back. However shareholders wiped away in a month (AIM rules). This is a plan I think to get rid of us ! Is there anything we can do ?

This could be a pre- pack administration, they properly need to get rid of the shareholders. Job done in a months time. Legal Advice is needed to see if anything can be done.

They didn't try to do any deals because they thought it would get voted down.

Who are investigating them ? And is it a fact ?

Redbike I agree, they should be working with us shareholders to find a way forward. I just think with all the underhand things that have gone on they may try another way , and a deal with the administrator, wouldn't surprise me. You would think someone on the BOD would have fallen on their sword before now ? Most directors would have with a big vote of no confidence !

I hope all this talk about companies tripping over themselves to buy us if we go into administration comes true. And they pay us 0.25p a share (x10 current price), I will be very happy. However, all the administrator would be interested in is paying back any debt. Once done you will find nothing left. They won't be interested in getting the best price for everything, it will go for peanuts. Also, Another thing which may happen (and I've seen this often) is the BOD manage to get backing or have money put aside, and buy the company from the administrators , a management buyout ! They come out owning the lot........ Us the poor shareholders will get nothing. This is just my own personal feelings on how this may play out......I hope I'm wrong.
