643,758/ 100 = 6,437.58
6,437.58 x 3.10676 = 20,000
20,000 x 5p = £1,000 minimum spend.
So if you have less than a 643,758 holding, one cannot apply.

This is all down to the minimum spend, have I got it wrong?

In my opinion the ex CEO has ruined the company and the directors should bow their heads in shame for allowing it to happen.
The good people started to leave years ago when wages were decreased and staff bonuses taken away. The final kick in the teeth (to shareholders & staff) was the removal of all design consultants; who were accepted by the competition with open arms. Yes, amateurish short term money saving schemes which removes company stability and growth (and helps your competitors).

Magnolia issued an RNS on the same day Capital Management Agreement and Issue of Equity Rita Whittington, gave away nearly 30% of the business to Western Energy Development (WED) to save her own skin.

Ex dividend today so minus 3.5p on the day so far.
Dividend is 4.7p paid within 28 days.
Last dividend was 6p paid 3 months ago.

So why would you buy shares at 2.3p when they have to increase to more than 3.3p to break even and then have to be sold by 01 July 2019 before company goes private?

A share price of 0.75 is 0.75p (or £0.0075).
Thus a hundred bagger is 75p (or £0.75).
A thousand bagger is 750p (or £7.50)

Then look at a share deal:

Clearly the share price is 0.9p not 0.009p

After the share consolidation in April 2016 everyone got 1 TRP share for every 250 they had.

Break even for me is 420p per share. That is x600 more than sell price 0.7p as of today.

The x3 equities will give me 3.00% return on £100k plus the two Investment trusts dividends,
Thus I am invested in drugs, insurance/financials, energy, smaller companies & technology.
When portfolio has made 20k buy into property fund.

23 Nov 2018 CEO stated customer has waived its right to delivery of the wafers and PVCS has received in full the payments as per court order.
