Dear EUA - please 'google' Xero or Sage - you can get Xero Ultimate for £5.50 a month - less than the cost of a RNS.

It's great - pop in your invoices and receipts every day - press a button and out come your P&L /accounts etc....

Doesn't take 4 or 11 weeks to produce them...

It is a gamble yeah, I'm in it to the end anyway, I'm not crystalising a loss :-)

DATTABASE1 - I feel your frustration - I made the decision to invest in these/this 1st time about 8/9 years ago - I've been in and out from sub 1p to over 42p - unfortunately I'm left with a £13k (unlucky for me 😭) holding.

I'm an adult - it was my choice - it's not going to make a difference in the grand scheme of things - but this company has taught me a lot - mainly not to trust any BoD/CEO etc - which is a sorry state of affairs.

Never once do I remember this shower showing any respect for shareholders. I cannot respect them either

Here is another fact.

"In accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled if the Company's shares are suspended from trading for six months."

....we've now used up 1 month of those 6 available

Not going to labour this point but we are waiting for accounts for the year ending 31 DECEMBER 2023 - it is almost 7 months since that date - I am looking forward to this complex set of accounts 🤣🤣🤣

Mikey9997 - one of the reasons I stopped really visiting this BB is the fact that 'reasonable' points of view / opinions were met with insults and counter claims of ramping/de-ramping etc.....all meaningless tbh.

What get me is a so called serious company with professional members of a BoD actually knowing that they have to get a set of accounts done by a certain date, missing that date, having to suspend shares, given another 4 weeks to complete a set of accounts that have very little' in and outs' in them - and still failing to issue an RNS saying - sorry, they're done....

What's next - the dog ate my homework/ my grandma died / I lost them on the bus ?

BoD have been a farce for years - war or no war....

Absolutely nothing happening and they have to suspend to give themselves 4 weeks to write up accounts that should take 5 minutes
