I think that if we don't get the promised RNS tomorrow (and I mean in the morning) this board is going to get very polarised.

For a long while I was on the sunny side of the street, not any more.

Christian S needs to come up with something believable/tangible that shareholders can get on board with, otherwise there will be a mass sell-off (if we ever come out of suspension)

By "genuine" which you yourself have put in double quotes, well, what do you mean ??

I am a long suffering shareholder and am about to lose part of my SIPP - do I not qualify as "genuine" because I can see the likely outcome of this - or should I believe a 'sale' is going to happen tomorrow, despite no accounts being made public for 21 months and several missed 'deadlines' - am I being too negative ?

CS and by extension the company... have completely trashed any confidence that this could possibly 'end well'.

I would be delighted if this would just relist, so I could get some money out - I'm all out of positivity where this shower is concerned.

Anyone who believes a sale is the reason for the delay, is, in my eyes, deluded - I would sincerely love to be proved wrong tho'

When you read say points 17. to 26. you can see how EUA / CS has sailed pretty close to the wind

I think that in every company I have ever worked for there have been periodic reviews of the financial position.

ie once a month at least.

I am staggered that the Executive Chairman has been unaware/uninterested that he does not know the company has been 'performing' financially for all of last year (2023) and one would assume, for the entire YTD.

That is 21 months !!!

Either that above, or he does know the financial position and is doing anything he can to avoid the inevitable, because that is how it appears to any 'realists' out there.

offler - i do want to be positive and accept that russia is a ****hole of a place to do business but taking the single matter of preparing accounts for a single year and taking 8 months (and counting) to do it, is frankly a disgrace
