I don't know if total lack of honesty/decency/professionalism or just plain senility has set in with our BoD.

How can you take 6 months OVER to prepare accounts, then say it'll be another 2 months, then say it'll be another week, then push it right to the latter part of the week

No, I think the directors are paying themselves loans/dividends and they are going to let this slide into administration and stick two fingers up at PIs.

That's why they are not publishing accounts

I don't know who has taken what out of the coffers because there are no accounts & haven't been for 20 months.

Richard, mate, the board have been taking money out of the company, they even employed another senior member to expedite a sale, he too has taken a salary.

You & I on the other hand have taken f-all out of the company.

Richard - whilst I want more than anything to be optimistic, take a quick look at EUA 'Fundamentals' above.

Even you must understand that a business is judged on its last set of accounts.

We published our last set almost two years ago - if you are a legitimate/serious business - that does not happen, it marks you as a company that is either run by incompetents or people with something to hide

The pile of rubble we 'own' had a known value on 31st Dec 2023.

We are talking EIGHT months to prepare accts for a largely 'dormant' company.

If anything 'material' had happened during the period 1st Jan to 31st Dec 2023 - we would (although I doubt it) 'surely' know about it

Despite realising I'd backed a loser about 3 years ago, I still had this irrational idea that we might see a point where we could recoup some £'s.

I have to accept that this is now dead.

Ps, why have they still not issued the end of year accounts. Good (haha), bad or ugly, they should be published.

There are 3 likely outcomes to this :

1, RNS issued - we sold for a Gazzillion Dollars

2. RNS issued - we've done the accounts

3. RNS issued - we've run out of money (the PIs not the directors) and we're going into admin.

4 - Nothing issued - countdown to de-listing begins

pick the most likely - but as others have said it will probably be at the end of this month

I know there are a multitude of things that could be happening - so are they not 'bound' to issue an RNS if anything of significance occurs ?

...or are they allowed to forgo this whilst in suspension ?
