Eva, point well made and taken - I don't like the fact he did a mates rates discount for a select few...I cant just buy a few £k's shares on PrimaryBid - my 'cash' is in my SIPP.

I do think however that 20% discount on 3.8% of total shares shouldnt make that much of a dent - hopefully this wont happen often (or again)
