I went onto H&L just to look at some of these I've got in an ISA (got some in my SIPP too) - just glanced at EUA and saw the 2 words 'Bid Situation' - actually laughed out loud - how long have we been 'hovering' :-)

The one irrefutable fact is that this company is in a 'bid situation' - meaning it is currently potentially being acquired by another company (we know this to be plural - several entities are interested in us) - we also have top notch banks and legal firms enabling this process...
So, forget all the "tin-foil hat"and "paid rampers" business - this is real...
