Toyin, yes agree. As there are no financials there is no incentive for new investors to get on board. What should have been a great launch today has turned into a damp squib courtesy of the useless Stu. As a result the selling continues.

Commercial agreement

SkinBioTherapeutics finalised commercial terms with Croda following successful additional studies of its skin lysate. The terms include tiered royalties based on global sales revenues on any licensed products derived from the partnership.

Under the terms of the agreement, all details about formulation, functionality and Croda's financial expectations remain confidential due to the competitiveness of the cosmetics market. Any royalty revenues arising from future sales will be reported to the market at the appropriate time.

Stuart Ashman, CEO of SkinBioTherapeutics, said:

"The international launch of Zenakine™ by Croda has been a long anticipated event for the SkinBioTherapeutics team and our investors. Does that mean revenue already received can be reported or is that another badly worded RNS?

Well blow me down, shock horror a RNS confirming the Croda release. I got that wrong.

No financial information available as Croda won't let him tell us what the revenue has been to date.

First Croda presentation in Amsterdam started at 10.45am (dutch time) and given they are 1 hour ahead it is already over. Anybody heard anything? I thought not, hence the selling continues.

I doubt we will get a RNS with Stu & his team being in Amsterdam. Might get lucky on Friday but I think it will be next week. Let's hope any RNS is written better than any he has produced over the last 2 years.

Not surprised given the so called NDA means hardly anybody knows of Skins involvement. As soon as we get a little SP creep upwards, in comes SOH to take it down again.

Hi Clio, I'm not expecting a RNS until the IMC day on 16th April. Anything sooner will be a bonus, hope I'm wrong but Stu isn't good at communicating.
