I guess the real question net is why wouldn't Croda Directors buy SBTX shares? They are much cheaper & therefore buy many more than Croda.

Net, I would guess that the Croda directors are confident on Zenakine & because they have kept it under wraps they believe they can buy more shares before their SP takes off.

Croda SP still sliding away down another 1.6%, whatever happened to that so called blockbuster Zenakine? No news, no momentum clearly.

On his final summary slide it states 'end of July trading update'.........oops.

Net, fast forward to 35mins to hear his pathetic excuse as to why it might slip into 'early August'. So week 2 starts tomorrow so early August wasn't met either.

I guess the market's concerns are that if the trading update was positive then with such a low SP Ashman should be falling over himself to get the results out. The fact that he shows no interest in updating shareholders suggests the results will be nothing special. He has already said that he doesn't like to provide any forward looking data and given the NDA has no chance of being lifted this side of Xmas the SP sitting at around 16p is likely to be the norm for the next 3 months or so.

Net, I guess the 354,887 sell doesn't help. Could be SOH again.

Net, your 25p forecast for end of August is looking a bit flakey as it seems to be heading towards 15p.

Anything to do with Cliff is always a bit fishy. Let's see how it plays out.
