Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I like your updates on Substack and ironically it was you who got me into this share 5 years ago. I don't regret it as I still expect Croda to deliver. As for Ashman, he is a dinosaur who needs retiring.

When you look back at the wordings of all the previous RNS's over the past 3 years you realise that Ashman has been stringing shareholders along every time. Always empty promises of something going to happen in the future and when the date arrives he has another excuse that he has made up.

Both his acquisitions were dreadful, poor performers and getting worse.

Superdrug will be a total flop, overpriced products, hiding out of view, no marketing to support them and tied into a 2 year deal which will realise nothing. Croda royalties have been received before half-year end December 2024 and he failed to advise what they were in the March 2025 half-year results announcement. He also failed to announce them in the August trading update when the June 2025 full year end results were mentioned. He has not followed AIM accounting rules on either occasion and should go as a result.

Ashman is totally useless and along with Hunt the chairman they both need to be voted off at the AGM. Don't waste this chance or think he was trying his best because he wasn't and he has zero respect for PI shareholders.

I hope Shychap you can get MD on our side. I don't think SOH will vote him off but we can but hope.

The problem is we are led by a clown who is out of his depth. I remember Elric's last podcast where he was waxing lyrical about how great Ashman was. Nothing could be further from the truth, one of the worst CEO's on AIM. This guy is bringing the company to its knees. O'Hara continues to sell because he knows this clown is never going to deliver. Make sure you vote this clown out, along with his useless Chairman.

Results won't be out until early December, so you have sometime to wait as this clown won't tell us anything until then and when he does it will all be hidden behind the fictitious NDA.

He should be using all available tools to communicate but it looks like he has just lost interest hence why we need a new CEO.

So if second earn out was paid in May 2025, does that make Croda's contribution to June year end cash even higher?

So Dermatonics was acquired in January 2024, the initial consideration is £1.68 million plus £1.25 million earn-out over three years, in a cash-free and debt-free acquisition. Has he had to pay any of the earn-out yet? Anybody know?

Bio-Tech Solutions was acquired in October 2024, the acquisition is being funded by a loan of £950,000 with an existing shareholder and a subscription for 2,349,624 new Ordinary Shares at 10.64p raising £250,000, as well as utilisation of Group cash reserves. In the IMC following the acquisition SA stated that Ian Moulds would be staying on for 6 months to help the integration etc etc. Has he moved on or is he still around? Anybody know? SA also stated a great opportunity to move production to 24/7 to improve efficiency etc. Anybody know whether that happened? I doubt it.

Everything Ashman says either doesn't happen or it happens too late. His lack of communication suggests the company is just floating along without any change as a result of the acquisitions. Let's face it he doesn't have the bandwidth to manage this company effectively, out of his depth and frankly completely useless. Hence why I will be voting him out.

Since 16/10 POG has fallen 9.7%, GGP SP has fallen 25% go figure. MMs taking it down for their mates rates to scoop up the freebies.

By the way, not a single review of either product on Superdrug's website suggests sales so far have been crap.

That's why Ashman has been so quiet, he doesn't have any answers. He knows his acquisition companies have performed so poorly he is trying to hang on as long as possible awaiting Croda revenues. Superdrug will be another flop, too early to call yet but haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise. Time to vote this clown out.

Interesting Bearcast view today on Ashman which is not dissimilar to mine, Croda covering up his poor performing acquisitions and commenting on whether MD is an Ashman supporter or not. I don't think MD is a fan of Ashman and that hopefully helps with the upcoming votes at the AGM. Let's see how it plays out.
