Unlucky Clio on your expectation of results today. Last year on 29/11 he said results would be released on 4th Dec. Then on 4th Dec at 7am the results weren't ready and he finally released them at 3.54pm later that day. He clearly has previous for not releasing results on time. For such a little company why it takes more than 5 months to produce audited results really is extremely poor and nothing less than expected from Ashman. He said on numerous occasions that he didn't want the AGM between Xmas and New Year and yet, here we are with exactly the same scenario this year. You really cannot make it up how poor Ashman is in every aspect. I wouldn't be surprised if he released them tomorrow night after the market closes. Make sure you don't waste your vote, Mr useless needs removing.

Ashman needs to stop hiding in his bunker and communicate. He is probably the worst CEO on AIM.

Ashman is a waste of space, he has no interest in PIs. Happy to take his fat salary, on a dog lead with Croda/Sederma. There will be no change ever in his behaviour, hence why he needs voting out. He is a complete waste of space.

Ashman can't stand PIs, we are an awful distraction and he will continue to ignore every single one of us. The only solution is to get rid of him.

I didn't expect anything different from the clown, however as long as they are following the AIM rules on this occasion then at least we will get their results in December. Let's make sure we all vote to get him out for good. He is an absolute liability.

It's clear that skin pays no attention to Corporate Governance, it's just words to them. Their website (which is crap) says 'All the Directors of SkinBioTherapeutics believe strongly in the importance of good corporate governance for the creation of shareholder value over the medium to long-term and to engender trust and support amongst the Company’s wider stakeholders. The Board adopted the QCA code in September 2018 and considers that it does not depart from any of the principles of the QCA code.

There is very little trust from PI's to this BOD. Ashman is behaving like a little schoolboy sitting in his naughty corner because he doesn't like the criticism which he has brought on himself. Zero communication!!

Last year he released a notice of results on 29th Nov and they came out on 4th Dec. This year he hasn't bothered to release a notice of results so we are kept guessing as we move into December, he seems to have gone into total hibernation.

AS, you missed the next sentence in the trading update which said;

'In the meantime, it will report any material information and information of potential interest to shareholders via the RNS system.'

The only material information is a few Superdrug stores and the COO resigning. That suggests there hasn't been any 'material information' on revenues despite him saying in the trading update that July was a strong month for BTS. However, it couldn't have been that strong otherwise he would have told us more. As for Croda royalties the NDA doesn't give him the right not to advise us on these revenues, if they are material. AIM rules override NDA's, period. Either we have had material information in the last 3 months or if we haven't then his poor performance is reason enough to vote him out. The Chairman also needs to go as he has not overseen any Governance on Ashman's behavioural incompetence.

If you look back at the annual reports you can see Ashman's shares;

June 2020 125,000. June 2021 125,000. June 2022 125,000. June 2023 276,804. June 2024 276,804. June 2025 276,804. Today 276,804.

He has no interest in buying shares to align with PI's as he expects to make his money through his grotesque pay and his share options. He hides behind so called insider information which has happened near on 3 years. Give me a break.

Shy, hopefully MD will vote him out if only to send a message if his 5 mates still back him.
