Elric, as I've said before I hope you are right. I assume no more news until Ashman returns from his hols, so I'm not expecting to hear any for, as you say, more weeks.

Mad, I've told you before I believe in the product which doesn't mean I have to accept the performance of the CEO which I don't rate. When I do decide to sell, I'll let you know as you're keen to understand when that will happen. Afterwards you won't hear from me on this particular chat board as I don't comment on chat boards on shares that I don't own.

Elric, we all know investing is about the future, but assessment of the CEO is also based on his performance and IMHO he is overpaid & overrated. I don't trust him to make sound judgements to benefit us shareholders. You do believe in him, I don't.

It's always about the future when you don't want to discuss the previous diabolical decisions that Ashman has made.

I bet he gets a nice bonus to compensate for his salary reduction.

Without doubt a poor CEO IMHO.

Elric is a supporter of Ashman as we know. His description of Ashman muddling his communication was generous IMHO, I would call it blatant lying. Did he need to do a raise, only time will tell. Premier Miton are a reputable organisation but I think a better CEO would have negotiated a higher price than 10.5p. The other company I know very little about, TW suggests that will take their profits soon enough.

The hard facts from my perspective is yer more dilution when Ashman said only 4 days earlier it wouldn't happen.

Can we trust this man going forward, only time will tell. He makes plenty errors of judgement so I wouldn't rule out more to come.

Let's look forward to the next acquisition & Croda news because it is Croda that makes investing here worthwhile.
