Forget the RH & BOD politics, N Sands is 20 degrees API thicker than Boris Johnson, when/if we start producing N Snads we can't truck - not economical and can't send it through the OBA it's nearly Tar, as with GTE etc etc . So our initial Planning must account for a huge increase in processing plants and storage. At the same time we can increase the value of Oil by blending in our neighbours. Only IMO, the delay in planning for N Sands - which is heavier Oil could be with an expansion of storage and blending facilities - i.e. as with OBA expand the companies Offering even if not built this year, As with land get the next 5 year permissions today, but more complex. It is in the interests of Colombia to get another export route and blend/ export Heavier Oils. See the PWC article I posted yesterday, so AMER are ticking all the right boxes and will need blending permission and substantial storage to sell the OBA capability to GTE & others. HI Willec, one thing to note Opex $15 is cash expenditure, we have to account for Depreciation ($20m per annum) of our E&P assets/ acquisitions and especially depreciation of the OBA, included in that $20m. to get gross profit, Overheads $15m and any stock impairment write offs. Where you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT is that as volume increases materially , variables cost increase in line but depreciation is relatively fixed with a 3-7 year time line and so are overheads, so push volume through and that static cost stays relatively fixed so gross margin climbs i.e the $20m & $15m for 2018 is stable push income through at 12k and bang up we go and cash generation and as you say profits up, I only forecast at todays output being prudent. . Anyway for what its worth, H2 Forecast IMO DYOR � Lifted of the RNS�s - Total Prod�n 949.7k barrels at an estimated Net Brent (�ve $4 discount) $53 average realised price generates approx. $50m sales H2 2017, allowing for $17 opex and costs of transport for Mariposa output, Gross Margin could be $24m or 49% after an increased depreciation charge of $9m (up from $7.8m to include H1 Capex $20m). Assume overheads of $7m, no finance charges for the terminated RBL facility � but allow $1m for the odd write off, gives $16m, which should give a full year of $14m before any minor tax issues due to tax losses carried forward. Going forward at Net Brent above $61 our sales Q1 should be circa $37m, H1 2018 +$80m and cash at the year- end 2017 estimate should be +$32m and at Q1 over $50m allowing $6m for capex. At Feb 18 output levels 6.75k and Net Brent $61 ish Amer should be making $1.25m Net profit before tax per week, more like $200k per day, after Mariposa gets sorted & POO remains stable in the mid $60�s range. HNY. Based upon 7kbopd Amer should make $30m Net profit H1 which would give an EPS 2.2p, annualised 4.5p and an SP of 48p on a multiple of 12, sell CPO 5 after Indico and 2018 they could make over $100m Net profit, the biggest problem would be Tax.
